Ġesù wissa lid-dixxipli Tiegħu għall-ilpup b’libsa tan-nagħaġ. Huwa ta ħarsa ġenerali dettaljata tan-natura u l-karatteristiċi ta 'lupu b'ilbies tan-nagħaġ. Imma kif ġej, that many wolves in sheep’s clothing enter the church undisturbed and are put in leadership positions in the church and lead the people astray and wreak havoc in the church? What does the Bible say about ravening wolves and sheep’s clothing who wreak havoc? How do the ravening wolves in sheep’s clothing wreak havoc?
The Door of the sheepfold
Tassew, Tassew, Jien ngħidlek, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them. Then said Jesus unto them again, Tassew, Tassew, Jien ngħidlek, Jien il-bieb tan-nagħaġ. All that ever came before Me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: minni jekk xi ħadd jidħol fih, hu għandu jiġi salvat, u għandhom jidħlu u joħorġu, u ssib mergħa. Il-ħalliel ma joħroġx, imma biex tisraq, u biex toqtol, u biex teqred: Jien ġej li jista 'jkollhom il-ħajja, u li jista 'jkollhomha b'mod aktar abbundanti.
I am the good Shepherd: the good Shepherd gives his life for the sheep.But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. Jien ir-Ragħaj it-tajjeb, u taf in-nagħaġ Tiegħi, and am known of mine. As the Father knoweth Me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down My life for the sheep (John 10:1-15)
There are many shepherds, who are ordained in the church by people instead of God. Rgħajja, who have not entered through the Door, but have entered another way.
There are shepherds, who have attended a Bible school or studied theology at a university and successfully completed it, making them, skond is-sistema dinjija, eligible to stand in the pulpit, teach the Bible, and lead a church.
Then there are ordained shepherds, who are born as a son or daughter of the shepherd (reverendu, predikatur, ragħaj, eċċ.) tal-knisja. Because of their birthright, they have a privileged position and have inherited the role of pastor from the parent (Aqra wkoll: ‘L-ispirtu ta’ Eli‘).
And there are shepherds, who are ordained from within the church, because of their knowledge of the Bible, pious ‘Christian’ imġieba, social attitude, fluency, charisma, and humanitarian works.
But many of these ordained shepherds have not entered through the Door and don’t know Jesus Christ personally and don’t have a living relationship with Him. They know the letter of the Bible, but they don’t know the Living Word.
These leaders are not born again and don’t have the Holy Spirit abiding in them. They are not spiritual, but they are carnal and in their daily lives, they live as enemies of God in rebellion against the Word.
On Sunday they speak a few words from the Bible but they adjust them in such a way that it doesn’t represent the will of God, but the opinion, xewqa, and will of the ordained shepherd, who knows exactly what carnal people want to hear.
Due to the fact that many shepherds don’t belong to Christ and don’t know the Word personally and have not yielded themselves to Christ and don’t live in obedience to the Word and don’t speak the words of God, but instead belong to the devil and go their own way and follow their own thoughts, xewqat, desires and will, and speak their own words, many souls of the church are led astray and are destroyed.
Erwieħ, who could have been saved and remain saved, but because of the carnal messages, will never find the Door and the Life.
The ravening wolves in sheep’s clothing destroy souls, to get dishonest gain
And the word of the Lord came unto me, tgħid, iben il-bniedem, say unto her, thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation. There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof. Her priests have violated My law, and have profaned Mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from My sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain. And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, tara vanity, u għidilhom il-gideb, tgħid, Għalhekk jgħid il-Mulej Alla, meta l-Mulej ma tkellimx (Eżekjel 22:23-28)
These shepherds are wolves in sheep’s clothing, who look like they stand in the service of God, Imma fir-realtà, they stand in the service of the ruler of the world, Ix-Xitan, and speak perverse things.
Huma kburin, self-righteous, and stand in the pulpit in honor of themselves and their own achievements as a god. They promote themselves and exalt themselves above the sheep and love the praises of the people and allow the sheep to exalt and worship them.
They don’t have a fear of God and don’t care about the wellbeing of the souls of the sheep, imma jimpurtahom biss minnhom infushom, ir-rieda tagħhom, their status, their success, their finances, and fulfilling their carnal lusts and desires.
The more sheep follow them and the bigger the church, the more powerful they feel themselves and the more gain.
While they do things in their lives, that can’t stand the light of day. However the sheep let them go and accept their sinful behavior, because they have an awe for their pastors and worship them and put their pastor above God the Father, il-Kelma u l-Ispirtu s-Santu.
And so many are misled, because they follow the words of the preacher above the Word of God.
The ravening wolves in sheep’s clothing who wreak havoc
Beware of false prophets, li jiġu għandek b’ilbies tan-nagħaġ, imma ġewwa huma ilpup ravening. Intom tagħrfuhom mill-frott tagħhom. L-irġiel jiġbru għeneb tax-xewk, jew it-tin tat-tul? Hekk ukoll kull siġra tajba tagħti frott tajjeb; imma siġra korrotta tagħti frott ħażin. Siġra tajba ma tistax tagħti frott ħażin, lanqas siġra korrotta ma tista’ tagħti frott tajjeb. Kull siġra li ma tagħtix frott tajjeb hija mqaxxra, u mitfugħa fin-nar. Għalhekk mill-frott tagħhom intom tagħrfuhom. Mhux kull min jgħidli, Mulej, Mulej, għandu jidħol fis-Saltna tas-Smewwiet; imma min jagħmel ir-rieda ta’ Missieri li hu fis-smewwiet
Mhux kull min jgħidli, Mulej, Mulej, għandu jidħol fis-Saltna tas-Smewwiet; imma min jagħmel ir-rieda ta’ Missieri li hu fis-smewwiet. Ħafna jgħiduli f’dak il-jum, Mulej, Mulej, ma pprofetizzax f’ismek? u f’ismek keċċew ix-xjaten? u f’ismek għamilt ħafna għemejjel tal-għaġeb? U allura nistqarr lilhom, Qatt ma kont nafk: jitlaq minni, intom li taħdmu l-ħażen (Mattew 7:15-23).
Jesus didn’t say that you will recognize pseudo prophets; profeti foloz, by their appearance or by their words. Because they and their words may seem spiritual and may seem that it comes from God, while in reality they don’t belong to God and God has not spoken to them.
But Jesus says very clearly, that you will recognize false prophets, which come in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves, by the fruits they bear.
This means that by their works, you will know if they belong to God and are true sons of God and stand in His service or that they belong to the devil and are sons of the devil and stand in his service. This applies to every believer (Aqra wkoll: ‘Id-differenza bejn in-nagħaġ u l-mogħoż‘ U ‘Int ilsir ta’ min?‘).
Many Christians are deceived by the voice of the angel of light
Għax dawn huma appostli foloz, ħaddiema qarrieqa, jittrasformaw lilhom infushom fl-appostli ta’ Kristu. U l-ebda meravilja; for satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Għalhekk mhix ħaġa kbira jekk il-ministri tiegħu wkoll jiġu trasformati bħala l-ministri tal-ġustizzja; li t-tmiem tagħhom ikun skond ix-xogħlijiet tagħhom (2 Korintin 11:13-15)
But many believers are deceived by the voice of the devil, who presents himself as an angel of light and they hear and listen to his voice.
Minflok tissottometti lil Ġesù Kristu; the Word and follow the Word and therefore do what the Word says and watch and as soon as a pastor leaves the will of God and sin, they will recognize the wolf in sheep’s clothing by the fruits and remove the pastor from the office, they reject the words of Jesus and listen to the deceptive voice of the devil, because they still belong to him and follow their flesh.
They are deceived by their feelings and emotions and the doctrines of devils of false love and false grace and therefore they leave the pastor in the pulpit (Aqra wkoll: ‘The false love‘, ‘Mitluf fil-baħar tal-grazzja’ U ‘Duttrini tax-xjaten qed joqtlu l-knisja‘).
And so the devil has been given free rein in many churches and he can continue his destructive work undisturbed. Just because, believers refuse to be born again and die to the flesh but remain led by the flesh and rely upon their own insights, fehim, sentimenti, and emotions instead of relying on the insights and words of Jesus Christ.
Fornicators, adulteri, covenant-breakers, ħallelin, giddieba, eċċ…
But if a pastor commits fraud, the pastor is a fraudster and a liar. The pastor has a spirit of greed for money and a lying spirit, who tries to hide the evil works. These unclean spirits that operate in the pastor, will influence the whole church, because the church is one body.
If a pastor commits adultery, the pastor is an adulterer. Adultery is the work of an unclean sexual spirit, that has entered the pastor’s life and reigns in the pastor’s life. This spirit of adultery, who reigns in the pastor’s life shall come over the church and manifest in the lives of those, li jappartjenu lill-knisja.
And how can a pastor be reliable if the pastor is a covenant breaker and gets a divorce. It proves that the pastor is not faithful, leali, and perseveres, but a quitter. Being faithful is a fruit of the Spirit, divorcement is a work of the flesh.
These are just some of the many carnal works, which prove that a pastor is carnal and walks after the flesh and not after the Spirit.
The church has become indifferent towards sin
The church has already driven so far away and has become so world like that the church has become indifferent towards all these sins, and consider them normal, and therefore all these sins are accepted in the church.
But stealing, adulterju, fornication, divorzju, jgħixu flimkien mhux miżżewġin, homosexual realtionships, sexual misconduct, vizzji, gideb, eċċ. is not according to the will of God and is not normal for those, li jgħidu li huma nsara; ulied Alla (kemm raġel kif ukoll mara) and followers of Jesus Christ, and especially for pastors and other leaders, who are ordained in the church.
Ftit ħmira ħmira l-biċċa sħiħa
Il-kelma tgħid, li ftit ħmira ħmira l-biċċa kollha. Paul spoke these words to the church at Corinth, where a believer commited a sin; fornication, and commanded the leaders of the church to deliver the person unto satan, so that the evil wouldn’t affect the other believers.
Paul was the new man and was spiritual and saw in the spirit what happened in the church at Corinth.
Paul warned the church for grievous wolves
U issa, ara, Naf li intom ilkoll, li fosthom mort nipprietka s-Saltna ta’ Alla, ma narax wiċċi aktar. Għalhekk neħodkom biex tirreġistra dan il-jum, li jien safi mid-demm tal-bnedmin kollha. Għax jien ma ħriġtx li nistqarrilkom il-pariri kollha ta’ Alla. Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, biex jitma’ l-knisja ta’ Alla, which He hath purchased with His own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears. U issa, ħuti, Infaħħarkom lil Alla, u għall-kelma tal-grazzja Tiegħu, li kapaċi jibnik, u biex jagħtikom wirt fost dawk kollha li huma mqaddsa (Atti 20:25-32)
Paul saw the spiritual dangers and prophesied to the elders of the church at Ephesus what would happen and to take heed and watch and keep preaching all the counsel of God and feed the church of God and warned them for grievous wolves; il-profeti foloz, who would not spare the flock. There would arise men of their own selves, who would speak perverse things to draw the disciples away after them.
The prophecy and warnings of Paul became reality. Għax fil-Ktieb tal-Apokalissi, we read that when Jesus spoke to John and commanded him to write to the angel of the church at Ephesus, how they could not bear them, who were evil, how they hated the deeds of the Nicolaitans, and how they tried those, who said they were apostles, but weren’t and found them liars (Rivelazzjoni 2:1-7)
The Holy Spirit still reveals to them, li jappartjenu lilu, what happens in the church and what unclean things take place.
A born again pastor is spiritual and lives according to the will of God
A born again pastor, who is spiritual shall have a prayer life and walk after the Spirit in obedience to the Word and do the will of God and is dead to sin and therefore shall not lie, jikkommettu adulterju, fornication, imbedded flus, divorce and do all those other works of the flesh, li jmorru kontra r-rieda ta’ Alla.
Since the pastor is born again and has the nature of God and belongs to God and loves God and therefore fears God and walk in His commandments (Aqra wkoll: ‘Għadhom validi l-kmandamenti ta’ Alla?‘)
Ragħaj, who is born again has yielded to the Word and walks after the Spirit as a mature son of God and therefore discerns good and evil. The pastor stands in God’s service and is focused on Jesus Christ and shall preach the truth of God’s Word despite the consequences and feed the sheep, correct the sheep and raise them in the will of God, so that they spiritually mature and grow up into the image of Christ and be able to resist the devil (Aqra wkoll: ‘Tista 'tirreżisti t-tentazzjoni?‘)
An carnal pastor is unspiritual and walks after the will of the flesh
A carnal pastor, who is unspiritual and walks after the will of the flesh is focused upon himself and speaks words coming from his carnal mind and speaks about himself and his (sopranaturali) experiences and miracles.
The pastor shall divertenti and motivate the visitors of the church by giving them carnal (psychological) advise for their flesh to have a happy, wealthy and successful life on earth and provide methods and technics to walk in the supernatural and perform supernatural signs and wonders (Aqra wkoll: ‘Fidi teknika‘ U ‘Wara Ġesù għas-sinjali u l-għeġubijiet‘).
Il-kelma tgħid, that the signs and wonders shall follow the believers. But because we live in an age, in which the occult spirtu ta’ era ġdida is very active and has deceived many people and entered many people’s lives, the believers are not focused upon the Word of God, but upon signs and wonders.
They constantly want to hear new things and want to receive new technics, methods and strategies to have supernatural experiences and perform supernatural signs and wonders.
But God has revealed everything in His Word and that is sufficient for every believer.
Madankollu, the problem is that the words of God are hard for the carnal man and confronts the carnal man and sejħiet għall-indiema and the removal of sins and to live a holy life to honor and glorify the Lord.
But many people, including leaders of the church, li jgħidu li jemmnu, don’t want to lay down their own lives, and therefore they adjust the words of God so that their flesh stays alive and they can keep living after the flesh and persevere in sin, mingħajr sentimenti ta’ ħtija.
Imma xi ħadd, who is truly born again and in whom the Holy Spirit dwells is dead to sin and alive to God. The person is led by the Word and the Holy Spirit and shall not persevere in sin and shall never approve nor tolerate sin. Since God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are One and God hates sin.
Therefore it’s time for the church to wake up to righteousness and repent and submit to the Word and follow the words of Jesus and remove the spirit of the world and the sins from the church by removing the wolves in sheep’s clothing from the pulpit and from the church, so that the sheep will be protected, mitmugħa, nurtured, ikkoreġut, and stay saved and won’t be lost.
