The armor is of light in Romans 13:12 is meant for Christians. हरेक क्रिस्चियन, who is born again in Christ, is delivered from the power of darkness and transferred into the light. Christians don’t belong to the darkness anymore, but to the Kingdom of Light. त्यसैले, Christians shall not live in the kingdom of darkness, walk in darkness, and do the works of darkness. But Christians shall live in the Kingdom of God and do righteous works. Through the new birth and the change of sonship, प्रकृति, र राज्य, Christians shall put off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light and walk in the light. let’s look at the armor of light in Romans 13:12 and how you put on the armor of light according to the Bible.
Put off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light
रात धेरै खर्च भएको छ, दिन नजिकै छ: त्यसकारण हामी अन्धकारका कामहरू त्यागौं, and let us put on the armor of light. आउनुहोस् हामी इमानदारीसाथ हिंड्नौं, दिनमा जस्तो; दंगा र मतवालापनमा छैन, अवधि र चाहनाको मा होईन, कलह र ईर्ष्या मा छैन. तर प्रभु येशू ख्रीष्टको अनुसरण गर, र शरीरको लागि प्रावधान नगर्नुहोस्, to fulfill the lusts (रोमीहरू 13:12-14)
The Day of the Lord is near. त्यसैले, it’s time, that all the Christians, जसले विश्वास गर्छन् भन्छन्, wake up from their spiritual sleep. It’s time to arise in Christ and walk in boldness after the Spirit in obedience to the Word in the light.
हाम्रो वरिपरि सबै, we see an increase of the power of darkness. More and more spiritual ground is being taken by the power of darkness, which is visible in the natural realm in nature and the lives of people.
The main reasons for the increase of darkness are the increase of apostasy, काष्टता, and the lukewarm state of people, जो क्रिस्चियन भएको दाबी गर्छन्.
Many Christians don’t speak the truth but keep their mouths shut about the Truth of God to prevent conflicts or rejection by people.
Instead of standing on the Word, they compromise with the world and approve the works of darkness. They even partake in the works of darkness.
There is hardly any distinction between good and evil and the majority of believers and unbelievers.
त्यसैले, it’s time that those, जसले विश्वास गर्छन् भन्छन्, become serious and show through their lives, that they believe in Jesus Christ; शब्द, and are sons of God (यो दुबै पुरुष र महिलाहरूमा लागू हुन्छ), who don’t belong to the darkness (संसार) अरु सबै, but the Light.

People who keep walking in darkness and doing the works of darkness and obey and serve sin and death through their flesh, don’t walk in the light.
त्यसैले, मानिसहरू, who walk in darkness are not the light in the world.
They shall not be able to deliver other people from the power of darkness. They shall also not be able to teach others in the truth of God’s Word. Since they are blinded and walk in darkness themselves and sin still reigns as king तिनीहरूको जीवनमा.
तर बाइबल (भगवान वचन) commands everyone, to put off the works of darkness and no longer walk after the lusts of the flesh. The Bible commands everyone to walk as children of light and put on the armor of light and yield their members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
र अन्धकारको फलदायी कार्यहरूको साथ कुनै स fellow ्गल छैन, बरु तिनीहरूलाई हप्काउनुहोस्. किनभने तिनीहरूले गोप्य रूपमा गरेका कामहरू बोल्न पनि लाजमर्दो कुरा हो. तर हप्काइएका सबै कुराहरू ज्योतिद्वारा प्रकट हुन्छन्: किनभने जे पनि प्रकट हुन्छ उज्यालो हो (ए एफेसी 5:11-13)
The Word commands to not have fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but to reprove the works of darkness by the truth of God.
How do you cast off the works of darkness and put off the old man?
Every believer should cast off the works of darkness and बूढो मानिसलाई छोड्नुहोस्. It is an action that every believer is supposed to do. No one can do it for you. Not even God.
यसैले आफ्ना सदस्यहरू पृथ्वीमा भएका सदस्यहरूलाई मोर्टेट गर्नुहोस्; अवैन्य शक्ति, अशुद्धता, असमर्थित स्नेह, दुष्ट व्यवसायी, र लालच, जुन मूर्तिपूजा हो: जसका लागि चीजहरू’ अनाज्ञाकारी छोराछोरीहरूमाथि परमेश्वरको क्रोध आउँछ: जसमा केही समय तिमी पनि हिँड्यौ, when ye lived in them. अब शरीरका कामहरू प्रकट हुन्छन्, यी कुन हुन्; अरुसित विवाहित व्यक्तिको करणी, अवैन्य शक्ति, अशुद्धता, लजटसी, मूर्तिक, जादूटुना, न्यानो चिन्ह, विकल्प, सहायता, रीस, कलह, देशद्नन, orises, ईकडान, हत्या, पदमा पर्ने के, उछिन्नु, र जस्तै: जुन मैले तपाईंलाई पहिले भनेको थिएँ, मैले भर्खर तपाईंलाई पनि समय पछि भनेको छु, त्यस्ता काम गर्नेहरूले परमेश्वरको राज्यको हकदार हुनेछैनन्(मुद्दा 5:19-22)
God has given you in Christ all authority and power to resist the devil and resist sin; अन्धकारका कामहरू.
After Jesus Christ, परमेश्वरको पुत्र, was baptized in water by जोन द ब्याप्टिस्ट and received the Holy Spirit from the Father, Jesus was led by the Holy Spirit to the wilderness.
मरुभूमिमा, येशू हुनुहुन्थ्यो tempted by the devil for forty days. During those forty days, Jesus learned to stay obedient to His Father and resist the devil and all his temptations.
Jesus didn’t compromise and didn’t bow to the devil. But Jesus only bowed to His Father, by staying faithful and obedient to His Father and His will.
र येशू जस्तै, the sons of God should also walk in obedience to the Word and the Holy Spirit. They should resist the devil and don’t give into his deceptions and temptations, जसले पापमा डोर्याउँछ.
And that’s only possible if you भगवानलाई प्रेम गर्नुहोस् आफ्नो सम्पूर्ण हृदय संग, आत्मा, मन, र शक्ति,h and know His will and yield yourself to His will, येशू जस्तै, Who loved His Father with all His heart, आत्मा, mind and strength and knew His Father’s will and yielded Himself to the will of the Father.
भगवान को इच्छा के छ?
किनभने यो ईश्वरको इच्छा हो, तपाईंको पवित्रता पनि, कि तिमीहरू व्यभिचारबाट अलग रहनुपर्छ: कि तपाईहरु मध्ये प्रत्येकले आफ्नो भाँडोलाई पवित्रता र सम्मानमा कसरी राख्ने भनेर जान्नु पर्छ; मोहको लोभमा होइन, परमेश्वरलाई नचिनेका अन्यजातिहरू जस्तै: कि कुनै पनि मानिसले कुनै पनि कुरामा आफ्नो भाइलाई धोका दिनु हुँदैन: किनभने परमप्रभुले त्यस्ता सबैको बदला लिनुहुन्छ, जसरी हामीले पनि तिमीहरूलाई चेतावनी दिएका छौं र गवाही दिएका छौं. किनभने परमेश्वरले हामीलाई अशुद्धतामा बोलाउनु भएको छैन, तर पवित्रतामा. त्यसकारण जसले घृणा गर्छ, मानिसलाई घृणा गर्दैन, तर भगवान, जसले हामीलाई उहाँको पवित्र आत्मा पनि दिनुभएको छ (1 थेसलोनिकीहरू 4:3-8)

र यस संसारको अनुरूप नहुनुहोस्: तर आफ्नो मनको नवीकरणद्वारा परिवर्तन हुनुहोस्, त्यो राम्रो के हो भनेर तिमीहरूले प्रमाणित गर्न सक्छौ, र स्वीकार्य, र सिद्ध, भगवानको इच्छा (रोमीहरू 12:2)
Through the resurrection of the spirit from the dead and the baptism with the Holy Spirit, God’s will is written in the mind and heart of the new man. यद्यपि, the carnal mind is not renewed with the Word and thinks like the world, and can become a hindrance in the lives of Christians. A carnal mind ensure that people keep walking in disobedience to the Word in unbelief.
Therefore Christians need to तिनीहरूको दिमाग नवीकरण गर्नुहोस् परमेश्वरको वचन संग. तेसैले, they will get to know the Father and His will.
Through their love for God and by faith in God and His Word, they shall obey the words of God. They shall apply His words in their lives and walk according to His words and abide in the Word. परमेश्वरप्रति तिनीहरूको आज्ञाकारिताद्वारा, उनीहरु walk in love according to the will of God.
What does the Bible say about the process of sanctification?
The process of sanctification is a process that every person, who has repented and has become a new creation in Jesus Christ shall go through. Even when you are raised in a Christian family, you shall go through the process of sanctification after you’ve become born again (द पानीमा बप्तिस्मा र पवित्र आत्माको साथ बप्तिस्मा).
त्यसैले, भाइहरु, हामी tors णी छौं, मासुलाई होइन, शरीर पछि बाँच्न. किनकि यदि तपाईं मासु पछि बस्नुहुन्छ भने, तिमी मर्ने छौ: तर यदि आत्माको माध्यमबाट शरीरका कार्यहरू गर्छ भने, परमेश्वरको आत्माले अगुवाइ गर्नेहरूका लागि तिमीहरू बाँच्नेछौ, तिनीहरू परमेश्वरका छोराहरू हुन्. किनकि तिमीहरूले फेरि डराउने दासत्वको आत्मा पाएका छैनौ; तर तपाईं धर्मपुरसी को आत्मा प्राप्त गर्नुभयो, हामी रुन्छौं, अबाबी, पादरी (रोमीहरू 8:12-15)
During the process of देवत्व, you shall put off the works of darkness. You’ll put off the old man, जो शैतानको प्रकृति छ, and put on the armor of light. You will put on the new man and be clothed with Jesus Christ.
You shall no longer do the works of the flesh. But through (the power of) आत्मा, you shall kill the works of the flesh and do the works of the Spirit, which produces life and peace.
You shall no longer listen to the lusts and desires of your flesh, that commands you to love yourself and the world and reject the words of God, and wants to lie, rebel, व्यभिचार, व्यभिचार गर्नुहोस्, विवाह विच्छेद, घडी भुइ, and have sexual relationships with someone, who isn’t your spouse/of the same gender/multiple persons/yourself/children or animals.
You’ll no longer listen to your flesh that wants you to walk in pride and commands you to get involved with strange religions and/or (पूर्वीय) दर्शन, जादूटुना, भविष्यवाणी, consult spirits, envy others and be jealous, drink alcohol, चोरी, घृणा, मार्नु, हुन क्षमा नगर्ने towards others, recompense evil for evil, आदि.
किनभने बाइबल अनुसार, all these works are the works of darkness that belong to the old man; पापी. These works of darkness don’t belong in the life of the new man, who has been made holy and righteous by the blood of Jesus Christ and regeneration in Him.
सबै, who has been baptized into Christ, have put on Christ
किनकि ख्रीष्ट येशूमा विश्वास गरेर सबै येशू हुनुहुन्छ. किनकि जत्तिकै ख्रीष्टमा बप्तिस्मा भएकोले ख्रीष्टलाई बप्तिस्मा लिनुभयो (मुद्दा 3:26-27)
The new man is clothed with Christ. त्यसैले, the spiritual transformation of the बुढो मान्छे into the new man should become visible in the natural realm in the life of the new man.
नयाँ मान्छे, who has been made in the image of the Creator, shall put on Jesus Christ; the Word and walk in the light; in the truth of God, in the armor of light.
When you have become the new man, you shall walk after the Spirit and shall love God with all your heart, आत्मा, mind and strength and your neighbor as yourself, which means that you shall serve no other gods and have no idols, you shall not commit spiritual adultery with other religions and/or philosophies, and shall not commit witchcraft, व्यभिचार, अवैन्य शक्ति, झूट, चोरी, मार्नु, envy etc.
How do you put on the armor of light?
You put on the armor of light by yielding to Jesus Christ; the Word and the Holy Spirit and doing what is written in the Word.
As long as you stay faithful to Jesus Christ and walk after the will of the Father you shall do righteous works; the works of light and shall walk in righteousness.
The path of righteousness is not the path of the world. It’s a narrow path and only few shall find it or keep walking on this path (म्याथ्यू 7:14). Your walk in life depends on your love for Jesus Christ and the Father.
Only if you are born again in Christ and love God with all your heart, आत्मा, मन, and strength and stay obedient to the Word and the Holy Spirit and walk by faith in righteousness after the will of God, तपाईं सक्षम हुनुहुनेछ:
- Resist all the temptations of the devil,
- Fulfill your task in the Kingdom of God on earth,
- Be a witness of Jesus Christ,
- Do the works of light,
- Stand in the faith.
