We are no longer under the law, तर अनुग्रह अन्तर्गत, is used by many Christians to exculpate themselves from their duty and responsibilities to keep the commandments of Jesus and fulfill the great commission and walk as sons of God (यो दुबै पुरुष र महिलाहरूमा लागू हुन्छ) after the Spirit in holiness in God’s will. As soon as you confront a person with something that opposes the Word and will of God, तपाईं यसमा भर पर्न सक्नुहुन्छ, that the person will use, अरु मध्ये, रोमीहरू 6:14 to make sinning all right and approve what is evil. त्यहाँ धेरै इसाईहरू छन्, who turn evil into good and keep sinning under grace. But what does the Bible say about being under grace? तपाईं अनुग्रह अन्तर्गत पाप गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ??

There are also many preachers, who use Romans 6:14 to approve, tolerate and accept all behavior, lifestyles, and all things that oppose God’s Word and His will. They use it, so that no one has to change and can stay the way they are and live like the world.
उनीहरुका अनुसार, it doesn’t matter how you live and what you do, because you are under grace. त्यसैले, the time of laws, रावी, नियम, and regulations is over. Now you can live the way you want to live. Because Jesus has dealt with the sin problem. He took all the sins of the world away, so that you can no longer walk in sin. Sin doesn’t exist anymore, तीहरूलाई, who believe in Him and are transferred from the darkness into the Kingdom of God.
Jesus hasn’t only dealt with all the sins of your former life, but also with the sins, you keep doing in your new life. त्यसैले, you won’t have to confess your sins all the time, because that will only cause feelings of guilt and according to them, that’s not the will of God.
There is already enough misery and judgment in churches and the world and that’s why Christians may live in ‘freedom’, in the love and grace of God, doing what they want to do without submitting to what is written in the Bible, because that belongs to religion and legalism and is old-fashioned and obsolete. By preaching this message, whereby the truth of God is mixed with the lies of people, they please the people, and receive honor and praise from the people, and protect themselves from the resistance and persecution of the world.
But where do we read in the Bible all these things that they say? कहाँ लेखिएको छ, त्यो:
- There is no more sin and that a person can no longer habitually sin?
- You won’t have to change?
- तपाईं कसरी बाँच्नुहुन्छ भन्ने फरक पर्दैन?
- The new creation is allowed to live in sin?
- God tolerates and approves sin?
If it doesn’t matter to God how you live, and that God approves that His children live in sin, then why did Jesus have to come to the earth to deal with the sinful nature of (गिर्ले) मान्छे? Why weren’t the sacrifices of animals good enough to (अस्थायी रूपमा) reconcile the sins of people, since they would keep falling back in sin and keep sinning?
A call to holiness and the removal of sins
But as discussed in previous blog posts, वचन अनुसार, it does matter how you live in the New Covenant, which is sealed with the precious blood of Jesus. We read in the Bible, that Jesus and the apostles called the believers; the saints unto holiness. They commanded them to remove the sins from their lives. (यो पनि पढ्नुहोस्: 'अनुग्रहको सागरमा हरायो', ‘What is grace?'र'कानून र अनुग्रह बीच के भिन्नता छ?')
Because what happened in the spiritual realm, namely that they had become in Jesus Christ a नयाँ सिर्जना and that they were redeemed from their flesh, in which the sinful nature is present, had to become visible in the natural realm, द्वारा बूढो मानिसलाई छोड्दै (मासु) र नयाँ मान्छे धारण (आत्मा).
उनीहरु, who use, अरु मध्ये, रोमीहरू 6:14 to approve, tolerate and accept all behavior and all things, that go against God’s will and to keep living after the flesh, often forget to read and study scriptures in the right context. They are unspiritual and have created their own ideas, निष्कर्ष, र विचारहरू, that is mainly formed by the knowledge and wisdom of the world. In order to empower and confirm their ideas, विचारहरू, र निष्कर्षहरू, they pick and choose scriptures and take them out of their context. That also applies to Romans 6:14, because the verses that are written before and after verse 14, are never discussed. त्यसैले, let’s have a look in what context Romans 6:14 is written and what else is written in the Bible about the grace of God, and if it’s allowed to habitually keep living in sin after a person is born again.
Death unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ
त्यसपछि के भनौं? के हामी पापमा लागिरहने?, त्यो अनुग्रह प्रशस्त हुन सक्छ? भगवानलाई नाउनुहोस्. हामी कसरी हान्न सक्छौ, त्यो पापको लागि मरेका छन्, अब कुनै पनि जीवन बिताउनुहोस्? थाहा छैन, कि हामी मध्ये धेरै जसो येशू ख्रीष्टमा बप्तिस्मा लिएका छौं उहाँको मृत्युमा बप्तिस्मा? यसकारण हामी मृत्युमा बप्तिस्मा लिएर उहाँसँगै गाडिएका छौं: जसरी खीष्टले पिताको महिमाले बौराई उठेको थियो, त्यसो भए पनि हामी पनि जीवनको नयाँपनमा हिड्नु पर्छ.
यदि हामी उहाँको मृत्युको प्रतिरूपमा सँगै रोपिएका छौं, हामी उसको पुनरुत्थानको समानता पनि हुनेछौं: यो थाहा पाएर, कि हाम्रो बूढो मानिस उहाँसँगै क्रूसमा टाँगिएको छ, कि पापको मुख्य भाग विनाश हुन सक्छ, अब उप्रान्त हामीले पापको सेवा गर्नु हुँदैन. किनकि जो मरिसकेको छ उसले पापबाट स्वतन्त्र भएको छ. अब यदि हामी ख्रीष्टसँग मरेका छौं, हामी विश्वास गर्छौं कि हामी पनि उहाँसँग बस्नेछौं: ख्रीष्ट मरेकाहरूबाट बौरिउठ्नुभएर मर्नुहुने छैन भनी थाह छ; उहाँमाथि मृत्युको अधिकार छैन. त्यसैमा उनको मृत्यु भयो, उहाँ एक पटक पापको लागि मर्नुभयो: तर त्यसमा ऊ बाँच्छ, ऊ परमेश्वरको लागि बाँच्दछ. त्यसरी नै तिमीहरू पनि पापको लागि साँच्चै मरेको ठान, तर हाम्रा प्रभु येशू ख्रीष्टद्वारा परमेश्वरको निम्ति जीवित हुनुहुन्छ.
यसकारण पाप नगर, यसैले तिमीहरूले यसको इच्छा अनुसार पालन गर्नुपर्छ।. न त तपाईंको सदस्यहरूले पापको अधर्मका वाणिज्यिकताको नियमको रूपमा लिनु हुँदैन: तर परमेश्वरका निम्ति गर, मरेकाहरूबाट जीवित छन्, र तपाईंको सदस्यहरूलाई धार्मिकताको वाचाको रूपमा परमेश्वरलाई. किनकि पापले तिमीहरूमाथि प्रभुत्व जमाउनेछैन: किनभने तिमीहरू व्यवस्थाको अधीनमा छैनौ, तर अनुग्रह अन्तर्गत. (रोमीहरू 6:1-14)
येशूले हामीलाई देखाउनुभएको छ, के पाप does with a person’s life: पापले मृत्युमा पुर्याउँछ. Through His perfect work of redemption, Jesus died once and for all unto sin, मृत्युबाट बौरी उठाइएको थियो, and is forever seated at the right hand of God. By His work and His blood, Jesus brought redemption to those, जसले उहाँमा विश्वास गर्छन्, पश्चात्ताप, आफ्नो ज्यान अर्पण गर्छन् र उहाँलाई पछ्याउनु.
वारपार पुनर्जन्म, you are baptized in Christ into His death and that’s why, तिमी हौ, उहाँ जस्तै, एक पटक र सबैको लागि, died unto sin.
पाप, that reigned and ruled as king in your flesh; the sinful nature of the old carnal man, who is bound to the law, no longer exists after you become born again. Because the old man (मासु), in whom sin and death have dominion and for whom the law of sin and death was intended, is crucified and has died in Christ.
If your flesh is dead, you can no longer walk after the desire of the flesh and habitually live in sin and keep sinning. Only when your flesh has died, only then are you dead to sin and its power.
When you were baptized in Christ, you were not only a partaker of His death, but you were also a partaker of His resurrection. पवित्र आत्माको शक्तिद्वारा, your spirit is raised from the dead and is made alive to God. तपाईं ए बन्नु भएको छ नयाँ सिर्जना; a son of God and have been granted access to the Kingdom of God and are reconciled with Him.
Since God is righteous, and you are born of Him (पुनर्निर्माणको माध्यमबाट) you shall obey Him and walk in righteousness after the spirit. जब सम्म तपाईं येशू ख्रीष्टमा बस्नुहुन्छ; the Word and live after येशू’ रावी, which are also God’s commandments, and keep walking after the spirit, you shall walk in righteousness and bear the fruit of the Spirit (1 जोन 2:28-29, 1 जोन 3:1-7, 9).
Servants of sin or servants of righteousness?
त्यसपछि के? के हामी पाप गरौं, किनभने हामी कानूनको अधीनमा छैनौं, तर अनुग्रह अन्तर्गत? भगवानलाई नाउनुहोस्. थाहा छैन, यो बलि चढाएकोचाहिँ किन परमप्रभुको आज्ञा पालन गर, तिमीहरू दासहरू तिमी हौ तिमीहरू आज्ञा पालन गर्छौ?; चाहे पापको कि नगर्ने, वा धार्मिकताको आज्ञाकारिता को? तर भगवान मन पराउनुहुन्छ, तिमीहरू पापका दासहरू थिए, तर तपाईंले त्यस प्रकारको हृदयबाट पालना गर्नुभयो जुन शिक्षाहरू जो तपाईंलाई सुम्पिएका थिए. पापबाट स्वतन्त्र भए, तपाईं धार्मिकताहरूको नोकरहरू हुनुभयो. म मानिसहरुको पापको कारण मानिसहरुको कर्मबाट बोल्छु: जस्तो तपाईंले आफ्ना अक्ष्य सदस्यहरूलाई अशुद्धतामा शासन गर्नुभयो र अधर्मको अधर्मको अधर्मको लागि; यसैकारण अब आफ्ना सदस्यहरूलाई आफ्नो शरीरका दासहरूलाई पवित्रतामा धर्मी बनाउँदछ.
किनकि जब तिमीहरू पापका दास थियौ, तपाईं धार्मिकताबाट स्वतन्त्र हुनुहुन्छ. अब ती चीजहरूको मूर्तिहरू थिए जुन अब तिमी लज्जित छौ? ती चीजहरूको अन्तको लागि मृत्यु हो. तर अब पापबाट स्वतन्त्र भएर आइपुगेको छ, र परमेश्वरका सेवकहरू बन्नुहोस्, तिमीहरुसंग फलहरू पवित्र हुनेछ, र अन्त अनन्त जीवन. पापको ज्याला मृत्यु हो; तर परमेश्वरको वरदान येशू ख्रीष्ट मार्फत अनन्त जीवन हो (रोमीहरू 6:15-23)
If a person claims to be born again, but keep walking after the flesh in obedience to the desires of the flesh and fulfilling the desires of the flesh, and therefore keep living in sin and is not willing to remove them, then this proves that the flesh of the person is not crucified in Christ, but is alive and kicking.
As long as the flesh is alive and kicking, the flesh isn’t dead and therefore the person is not redeemed from the flesh and is still a sinner. Because a पछुताउने व्यक्ति, walks after the flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh, र पाप गरिरहनुहोस्.
As long as a person stays carnal and walks after the flesh and persevere in sin, then the person is still bound to पाप र मृत्युको व्यवस्था. The works of the person; पाप, prove that the person is a sinner; a son of the devil and belongs to the kingdom of darkness (1 जोन 3:7-8). Because the sin, which comes forth out of the sinful nature of the flesh, जसमा पाप र मृत्युले शासन गर्दछ, still has dominion over the person and still reigns as king in the life of the person.
किनकि मृत्युको फल पाप हो, and the person is not redeemed from sin, the person is also not redeemed from death.
Using the grace of God to fulfill the carnal lusts and desires
किनकि त्यहाँ केही पुरुषहरू अनजानमा पसेका छन्, जुन पहिले नै यस निन्दाको लागि निर्धारित थियो, अधर्मी पुरुषहरू, हाम्रो परमेश्वरको अनुग्रहलाई कामुकतामा परिणत गर्दै, र एकमात्र प्रभु परमेश्वरलाई अस्वीकार गर्दै, र हाम्रा प्रभु येशू ख्रीष्ट (जुड 1:4)
It’s not about what preachers and leaders of the church preach and teach, and what kind of spiritual revelations, दर्शनहरू, सपनाहरु, prophecies or messages by angels they receive, but it’s all about what the Word of God says, because the Word is the truth and is भरपर्दो and shall eventually judge every person, तिनीहरूको काम अनुसार (जोन 12:48, प्रकाश 20:12-13).
प्रचारकहरू, प्रेरितहरु, प्रचारकहरू, शिक्षकहरू, and prophets can say, that it’s all grace and that you won’t have to change because it doesn’t matter how you live and what you do.
They can use the grace to keep living after the flesh, fulfilling the lusts and desires of the flesh and therefore turn the grace of God into lasciviousness. तर, by preaching this message they deny our Lord Jesus Christ and prove, that they don’t know Him experientially. Because the Word of God says something else.
दुर्भाग्यवश, because of the fact that many believers don’t read and study the Word of God by themselves and don’t have a personal relationship with the Word; Jesus Christ and therefore have a lack of knowledge of God’s Word, they believe the words of these leaders.
तर वचनले भन्छ, that as long as a person keeps living in sin and persevere in sin, then the person is not saved and not redeemed of the flesh. Because as long as a person keeps living in sin, जसले शरीरमा शासन गर्छ, then from what has the person been redeemed and saved from? If they are saved from death, then they wouldn’t produce the fruit unto death anymore (अर्थात्. रोमीहरू 6, रोमीहरू 7:4-6, रोमीहरू 8, मुद्दा 5:24, ए एफेसी 2:1-6).
As long as a person persevere in sin and therefore bear fruit unto death, the person has not repented, फेरि जन्मिदैन, and has not become a son of God, but is still a शैतानको दास र मासुको मासु, जसमा पाप र मृत्युले शासन गर्दछ (1 जोन 3:7-10)
How do you discern the sons of God from the sons of the devil?
Because a person is a slave, to whom the person belongs to and to whom the person listens to and obeys. A person lives after the flesh in the kingdom of darkness under the dominion and rulership of the devil and is, त्यसैले, a slave of sin unto death, or the person lives after the spirit in the Kingdom of God under the dominion and rulership of Jesus Christ and is a slave of righteousness unto life. किनभने शब्दले भन्छ, कि ती, who do righteousness, are righteous, as He is righteous.

पृथ्वीको यो जीवनमा, there are two options: you can either be a son of God or son of the devil. You can’t be both. Your actions and works prove, whose son you are and to whom you belong.
भन्न सक्नुहुन्छ, that you believe and that you are a son of God, but if you keep sinning and willfully keep doing those things, जुन परमेश्वरको इच्छा विरुद्ध जान्छ, and are not willing to submit yourself to the Word, but want to stay a friend of the world and approve his evil works, then you are not a son of God, even if you say you are.
किनभने शब्दले भन्छ, that you are a son of the devil, who walks after the will of the devil and does and approves the works of the devil, जुन पाप हो.
Because sin is the opposite of righteousness and those, who don’t do righteousness are not of God. सबै, who stays in Christ doesn’t habitually sin. शब्द भन्छ, कि सबैलाई, who habitually sin, has not seen Jesus, neither has known Him experientially.
जसले पाप गर्छ उसले व्यवस्थालाई पनि उल्लङ्घन गर्छ: किनकि पाप भनेको व्यवस्थाको उल्लङ्घन हो. अनि तिमीहरूलाई थाहा छ कि उहाँ हाम्रा पापहरू हटाउन प्रकट हुनुहुन्थ्यो; र उहाँमा कुनै पाप छैन. जो उहाँमा रहन्छ उसले पाप गर्दैन: जसले पाप गर्छ उसले देखेको छैन, न पनि उसलाई थाहा. (1 जोन 3:4-6)
Living as the old man
त्यहाँ धेरै विश्वासीहरू छन्, who think and say that they are born again and are spiritual, because they walk in the supernatural, but keep living as the old carnal man in sin. But you don’t have to be born again to walk in the supernatural, and receive visions, प्रकट हुन्छ, prophecies and do signs and wonders (यो पनि पढ्नुहोस्: 'Two ways to enter the spiritual realm’)
त्यसैले होला, Jesus warned His followers, that at the end of times, धेरै झूटा ख्रीष्टहरू (येशूका अनुयायीहरू) र मरेका अगमवक्ताहरू shall come, who perform great supernatural signs and wonders (अर्थात्. म्याथ्यू 24:11, 24-28). But even if someone performs many miracles and receive many supernatural revelations and prophecies, then these things don’t prove if that person is a son of God and belongs to Christ. Only by the works, that a person does, and the fruit the person bears (this doesn’t mean charity works, which the world does as well, but the works of righteousness and the आत्माको फल), you can tell whether the person belongs to Jesus or the devil.
अन्धकारबाट उज्यालोमा स्थानान्तरण गरियो
If you have been transferred from the darkness into the light, from death unto life, then your spiritual eyes will be opened and you shall see the evil of sin and the power of death and don’t want to be a partaker of them anymore. But as long as you keep walking in darkness, and stay bound by death, by walking after the flesh, you shall remain spiritually blind and not be aware of the evil of sin and the power of death. Therefore you shall keep living in sin and approve and tolerate sin.
As long as the church doesn’t consider sin as evil and as something bad, but considers sin as normal and as something that’s just part of life, then this proves that there is something wrong with the church, विश्वास, and the gospel that is preached. Because the gospel, that they preach is not the gospel of Jesus Christ, जुन मानिसलाई पश्चात्ताप गर्न बोलाउँछ and brings deliverance and produces life, but is a gospel of man, that causes bondage to sin and produces death.
What happens if you willfully keep sinning?
किनकि यदि हामीले जानाजानी पाप गर्यौं भने हामीले सत्यको ज्ञान पाएका छौं, पापको लागि कुनै बलिदान बाँकी छैन, तर न्यायको लागि निश्चित डरलाग्दा र ज्वलन्त क्रोधको खोजीमा, जसमा विरोधीहरू भस्म हुनेछन् (हिब्रू 10:26-27)
You cannot use the भगवानको कृपा to keep living after the flesh, आफ्नो शरीरको अभिलाषा र इच्छाहरू पूरा गर्दै. परमेश्वरको अनुग्रह पाप गरिरहने लाइसेन्स होइन. शब्द भन्छ, that after you have received the knowledge of the truth, but willfully keep sinning, कि पापको लागि कुनै बलिदान बाँकी छैन, but a fearful expectation of judgment
Who reigns as king in your life?
साथै कानुन पनि प्रवेश गरेको छ, कि अपराध धेरै हुन सक्छ. तर जहाँ पाप धेरै भयो, अनुग्रह धेरै प्रशस्त भयो: जसरी पापले मृत्यु सम्म राज्य गरेको छ, त्यसरी नै अनुग्रहले हाम्रा प्रभु येशू ख्रीष्टद्वारा अनन्त जीवनको लागि धार्मिकताद्वारा शासन गर्न सक्छ (रोमीहरू 5:20-21)
Jesus came to this earth to deal, एक पटक र सबैको लागि, with the sinful nature of fallen man. येशूले शैतानको कामहरू नष्ट गर्नुभयो, त्यसो भए सबैजना, जसले उहाँमा विश्वास गर्छ, दोहोरिन्छ, र फेरि जन्मिन्छ, will no longer be a slave of the flesh, in which the devil reigns through sin and death. The new man is redeemed and bought by the blood of Jesus and doesn’t belong to the devil anymore and therefore the person will no longer do the works of the flesh and bear the fruit unto death by living in sin (रोमीहरू 7:5-6), but shall do the works of righteousness and bear the fruit for God unto life.
द new man has received all authority and all power in Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit, to know भगवानको इच्छा and resist the temptations of the devil and the desires of the flesh. As long as you stay in Him and keep walking after the Spirit, you will be able to resist all the temptations of the devil and therefore be an overcomer of sin and death. Not by your own might and power, which means not by the power and ability of the flesh by using all kinds of carnal human techniques and methods, but by the power of the Word and the Holy Spirit.
शब्द भन्छ, that if you are under grace, you cannot keep sinning, because you shall do the works of righteousness. पाप गरिरहन्छौ भने, then you are not under grace. Because sin reigns as king in your life, instead of righteousness reigns as king.
If you do the works of righteousness, then grace shall have dominion in your life and shall reign as king, and you shall be under grace.
