Kitaabka Quduuska ah ee Maahmaahyada 10:3, we read that the Lord will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish. What does it mean that the soul of the righteous shall not hunger?
The soul of the righteous shall not hunger
The Lord will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish (gaajo): but He casts away the substance of the wicked (Maahmaahyo 10:3)
As long as the righteous walk in doonista Rabbi, Kii xaq ah naftiisu ma gaajoon doonto. In most Bible translations, the word ‘soul’ has been left out. In these translations, waxa soo socda ayaa qoran: ‘The Lord will not allow the righteous to hunger’. But if you read it that way, then most believers will think that it means, that the Lord will provide food for the body.
We all know that God is Rabbigu waa cadhooday; the Lord that provides. He will always provide for the spirit, naf, iyo jir. But you have to be careful that the provisions and assets of life will not become the main purpose in your life.
Do not worry about your life
Ciise wuxuu yidhi, that you shouldn’t be worried about your life. You shouldn’t worry about what you will eat, or drink, nor about your body, to what you will wear. Sababtoo ah Ciise wuxuu yidhi, that the gentiles; kuwa nool la'aantiis, seek all these things.
The life of the wicked revolves around material things, being successful, iyo barwaaqo. They are carnal and therefore they are ruled by their flesh; damac, damaca, Iyo damacyo. Because of the fact that they are carnal and feed their soul from their flesh, they will never be satisfied.
They sow in their flesh and therefore they will also reap the fruit of the flesh. Which will result in the fact, that their lusts, damac, and cravings will only increase. The Lord despises this way of living, and therefore He casts away the substance of the wicked.
Marka hore doondoona boqortooyada Ilaah iyo xaqnimadiisa
Ciise wuxuu yidhi, that you shouldn’t be worried about a thing. Laakiin….there is something you have to do first, waana taas:
Seek ye first the kingdom of God, Iyo xaqnimadiisa; Waxyaalahan oo dhan waa laydinku dari doonaa (Matthew 6:33)
The entrance to the Father, and to His Kingdom is through Jesus Christ. When you come to Him and believe in Him, your soul shall no longer hunger, or thirst, because Jesus is the Bread of life (John 6:35)
When you find the Kingdom of God, by His grace, xagga Ciise Masiix, and when youmar kale dhalan Ruuxa dhexdiisa, you shall belong to the Kingdom of God. The next step is to seek His righteousness. This means to get to know His will, so that you will walk in His will; doing His will instead of yours.
You have been made holy and righteous by the blood of Jesus. Because you have been made holy and righteous, Waa inaad ku socotaa quduusnimada iyo xaqnimada.
The righteous shall not hunger
Marka aad qaadato hadalkiisa, you shall feed your spirit. Erayga ku dhaartay, waxaad baran doontaa doonistiisa, and shall learn how to walk.
Hadii aadwalk after His will, you shall automatically walk in His commandments, quduusnimada iyo xaqnimada. Hadii aad Ilaah ka jecel wax walba, like you say you do, you shall please Him by Amarkiisa. You shall apply His words to your life. Your actions prove if you really love Him or not.
Hadaad i jeceshahay, Amarradayda xaji (John 14:15)
As long as you seek those things which are above, instead of seeking the things of this world, and feed yourself with the Word of God, and do what the Word tells you to do, then your soul will not hunger.
As long as you do the doonistii Ciise, Taas oo ah doonista Aabbaha, in your life and do His work, your soul will not hunger.
In the mean while his disciples prayed Him, isagoo leh, Ustaad, cun. But He said unto them, I have meat to eat that ye know not of. Therefore said the disciples one to another, Hath any man brought him ought to eat? Ciise ayaa ku yidhi, My meat is to do the will of Him that sent Me, and to finish His work (John 4:31-35)
Markaad tahay Mu'min dib u dhashay Ruuxaagu mar dambe ma gaajoon doono. Ruuxaagu wuxuu xukumi doonaa noloshaada, naftaadana waxaa maamuli doona ruuxa, halkii hilibka. Naftu way dhergi doontaa oo dhergi doontaa, waayo, Rabbigu ma oggolaan doono in kuwa xaqa ah naftoodu ay gaajooto.
