Sayidyada, Sii addoommadaada oo la mid ah oo la mid ah – Kolosay 4:1

Sayidyada, Sii addoommadaada oo la mid ah oo la mid ah; idinkoo garanaya inaad jannada Sayid ku leedihiin (Kolosay 4:1)

The relation between the masters and their servants

Kolosay 4:1, Paul instructed the masters to give unto their servants that which was just and equal. Since they also had a Master in heaven, whom they served and to whom they were given account to.

The masters had to respect their servants instead of looking down on them. They had to have integrity and treat their servants just and equal, just like their Lord in heaven treats His servants just and equal.

There is no corruption, conflicts of interest and favoritism in the Kingdom of God, as is the case in many companies

Employers should treat their employees equally

God is no Ixtiraamka dadka but He treats His own equally, according to His Word and Law (of His Kingdom). Sidaa darteed, God has no favorites (ku. Falimaha Rasuullada 1-:34, Roomaanka 2:11-12).

He doesn’t put a heavy burden on one, and spares the other. He doesn’t condone the wrongdoing of one person and judges another for the same wrongdoing.

Ilaah waa quduus oo xaq ah. Therefore God acts holy and righteous.

The Lord is honest and speaks the truth and keeps His promises.

Employers should also treat their employees righteously and equally instead of treating them from their personal preferences, relation, dareen, and state of mind.

Employers should be honest and always speak the truth and keep their promises.

Let employers keep themselves from intimidation, manipulation and bribes

God doesn’t allow anyone to intimidate, manipulate and bribe Him, unlike some employers, Hay'ada Caafimaadka Aduunka are sensitive to this.

Some employers are influenced, intimated, manipulated and or bribed by employees, taas oo qof walba loola dhaqmin si isku mid ah, but create divisions among employees in the workplace in relation to their interrelationships, culayska shaqada, promotions, salary and other rewards.

Employers should not abuse their leadership role and position of power

Employers are above their employees. They are the leaders of a company and should lead and instruct the employees and enforce the regulations with the company. But although they are above the employees and manage the company, they shouldn’t use their role as a license for abuse of power.

They should treat their employees with integrity instead of intimidating, blackmailing, and abusing them and using them to fulfill their carnal lusts and desires.

If employers treat their employees with respect, employees (who belong to the Lord) shall respect their employers and obey them in all things.
