Turn you at My reproof: bheka, I will pour out My Spirit unto you, I will make known My words unto you (Izaga 1:23)
God not only promised the outpouring of His Holy Spirit in the Book of Proverbs, but also in the Book of Ezekiel and Joel.

It shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit (Joe 2:28-29)
“I will pour out My Spirit”
Some people are still waiting for this promise of God. They are still waiting for the outpouring of His Holy Spirit. They are waiting, while His promise has already been taken place on the Day of Pentecost.
God gave this promise to His people and Jesus confirmed His promise, by promising His disciples the coming of another Comforter; the Holy Spirit. Jesus instructed His disciples to wait in Jerusalem for this promise of God.
And that’s exactly what His true disciples did. His disciples of Jesus were gathered together in the upper room and while they were praying and waiting for the promise of Jesus and the promise of God, the Holy Spirit came and they were all being filled with the Holy Spirit.
A new creation was created. These new creations would become the witnesses of Jesus Christ, the Messiah; Son of the Almighty God.
What happened in the upper room with the disciples, still happens Today. God gives, ngoJesu Kristu, UMoya waKhe oNgcwele, to those, who believe in Jesus Christ and are willing to follow Him.
Turn at His reproof and repent
God wants to give you His Holy Spirit. But He cannot give His Holy Spirit, unless you listen to Him and turn at His reproof.
When you repent from your walk of shame; your walk in sins and iniquities, accept Jesus as your Saviour and make Him Lord over your life, and when you lay down our life, then the Father shall pour out His Spirit upon you, and your spirit shall be raised from the death.
You shall become a new creation; born of the Spirit. And from then on, you will no longer walk after the flesh; in sins and iniquities, but you will walk after the Spirit; in holiness and righteousness.
Listen to His wisdom
When you listen to His Wisdom and His reproof, phenduka, and obey Him, you shall receive His Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit shall be your Comforter, your Helper, and He shall teach and you into all truth. Yebo, He shall make His Word known unto you. Nothing will be hidden anymore. He shall reveal everything to you. Into kuphela, you need to do, is to submit to Jesus; iZwi, listen to Him and follow Him
