जो शरीरको जन्मन्छ त्यो मासु हो; जुन आत्माबाट जन्मियछ उसले आत्मा हो (जोन 3:6).
We have a spirit, आत्मा र शरीर. The question you might ask yourselves is: am I carnal and do I live after the flesh? अर्को शब्दमा: does my flesh direct my steps and actions? Or do I live after the Spirit, and does my spirit direct my steps and actions?
You can live after the flesh or you can live after the Spirit. यदि तपाईं मासु पछि हिँड्नुहुन्छ, then the result will be bad. But if you life after the Spirit then the result will be good.
मान्छेले के रोप्छ, उसले कटनी गर्नेछ. यदि तपाईं शरीरमा छर्नुहुन्छ भने, you will reap corruption and if you sow in the Spirit, you will reap life everlasting (यो पनि पढ्नुहोस्: जे रोप्छौ, तिमीले कटनी गर्नेछौ).
But let’s have a look at what Jesus meant by the new birth. What He meant, when He said, that you can only परमेश्वरको राज्यमा प्रवेश गर्नुहोस् if you are born of water and Spirit. (Jn 3:3, 7)
If Jesus needed to restore the union, it means that union was there once, but was broken. त्यसैले, we need to go back to the अदनको बगैचा to understand the necessity of the new birth.
Throughout human history we see, that people chose the way of the flesh; walking in obedience to the devil, instead the way of the Spirit; walking in obedience to the Father. This started already in the Garden of Eden, where Adam and Eve chose the carnal tree of knowledge rather than the holy tree of life. Because they desired and chose the carnal tree above the holy tree of life, God was compelled to pronounce the sentence of dead upon them.
आदम जीवित आत्मा थिए
आदम जीवित आत्मा थिए, born out of the Spirit. उहाँ परमेश्वरसँग एक हुनुहुन्थ्यो. But after he sinned, मृत्युदण्ड उहाँमाथि आयो. And God said to him, that as he came from dust, and was dust, he also would return to dust.
आदमले पाप गर्नु भन्दा पहिले, उसको मुख्य चित्रहरु आत्मा थियो, but after he became disobedient to God and sinned, his predominant characteristic was flesh.
That sentence of death, that carnal disposition, was passed on to the entire human race. सबै, जो मानिसको बीउबाट जन्मिनेछ, would carry the death. त्यसैले सबैलाई, who is born on this earth is carnal, and is a prisoner of the sin nature. त्यहाँ कोही पनि बहिष्कृत छैन.
How do you enter the Kingdom of God?
Because we are carnal and carry the sin nature, we cannot enter in this status the Kingdom of God:
तर प्राकृतिक मानिसले परमेश्वरको आत्माको कुरालाई ग्रहण गर्दैन: किनभने तिनीहरू उहाँलाई मूर्ख छन्: न त उसले तिनीहरूलाई जान्न सक्छ, किनभने तिनीहरू आत्मिक रूपमा बुझेका छन् (1 धर्मघरको 2:14)
अब यो म भन्छु, भाइहरु, मासु र रगतले परमेश्वरको राज्यको उत्तराधिकारी हुन सक्दैन; न भ्रष्ट भ्रष्टाचारको लागि (1 धर्मघरको 15:50)
भगवान आत्मा हुनुहुन्छ: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (जोन 4:24)
What is the necessity of the new birth?
Now you see the necessity of becoming born again. Only by the new birth can we receive eternal life and enter the Kingdom of God.
This spiritual life can ONLY be achieved through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Faith is the catalyst that brings us to an encounter with the Holy Spirit, who regenerates us, so that we are born into the heavenly realm just as you were once born into the earthly realm.

- The universal results of sin demands it:
किन, एक जना पापले गर्दा पाप संसारमा प्रवेश गर्यो, र पाप द्वारा मृत्यु; र यसैले मृत्यु सबै मानिसमा भयो, किनभने सबैले पाप गरेका छन् (रोम 5:12)
जसरी लेखिएको छ, त्यहाँ धर्मी छैन, छैन, एउटा होइन (रोम 3:10)
- Unregenerate man is unable to understand or receive the gifts of God
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: किनभने तिनीहरू उहाँलाई मूर्ख छन्: न त उसले तिनीहरूलाई जान्न सक्छ, किनभने तिनीहरू आत्मिक रूपमा बुझेका छन् (1 Co 2:14)
- Without the new birth everything we do, प्रत्येक आवेग र कार्य अशुद्ध छ
भित्रबाट, मानिसहरुको मुटुबाट बाहिर, खराब विचार अगाडि बढ्नुहोस्, अस्पष्ट, व्यभिचार, हत्या, चोरी, जूनचार्थ, नराम्रो, धोका, लजटसी, एक दुष्ट आँखा, ईश्वरको निन्दा, आफ्नो कामकुरा, भ्रम: यी सबै दुष्ट चीजहरू भित्रबाट आउँदछन्, र मान्छे अशुद्ध (मार्च 7:21-23)
- Unless we are born again we have no escape from the judgment of God
And you hath he quickened, को अपराध र पापहरूमा मरेका थिए; समय बितेको समयमा तपाईं यस संसारको पाठ्यक्रम अनुसार हिडनुभयो, हावाको शक्तिको राजकुमारका अनुसार, the spirit that now worth in the children of disobedience: हाम्रो शरीरको अभिलाषामा विगतमा पनि हामी सबैको कुराकानी गरेका छौं, शरीरको अभिलाषाहरू र दिमागको इच्छा पूरा गर्दै; र प्रकृतिले क्रोधको बच्चाहरु थिए, अरु जस्तो (Eph 2:1-3)
