The earth used to be one continent
When God created the heavens and the earth, the earth existed out of one big continent. The earth was one continent, until the earth was divided, in the days of Peleg. We can read this in Genesis chapter 10:25 un iekšā 1 Chronicles chapter 1:19;
Un Ēberam piedzima divi dēli: vienu sauca Peleg; jo viņa dienās zeme tika sadalīta; un viņa brāļa vārds bija Joktans (Genesis 10:25)

The continents of the world fit like a jiggle puzzle
When you take a map with all the continents and cut them out, tad šie kontinenti iederēsies kā puzle un veidos vienu lielu kontinentu (pangaea).
