When sin and death entered the lives of man, by eating from the forbidden tree in the Garden of Eden, and caused man to be separated from God, God already had a perfect redemption plan. God’s work of redemption would reconcile man back to God and restore the position of fallen man. It all began with a tree and it ended with a tree; Ο Σταυρός.
God’s work of redemption for fallen man
Γιατί τόσο αγάπησε ο Θεός τον κόσμο, ότι έδωσε τον μονογενή Του Υιό, that whosoever believes in Him, should not perish, αλλά να έχει αιώνια ζωή. Γιατί ο Θεός δεν έστειλε τον Υιό Του στον κόσμο για να καταδικάσει τον κόσμο; αλλά για να σωθεί ο κόσμος μέσω Αυτού (Γιάννης 3:16,17)
Jesus served His whole life; He served His Father and people, υπακούοντας the commandments of His Father, κάνει καλό, και healing all, that were oppressed by the devil (Πράξεις 10:38).
Jesus represented His Father; He was a reflection of His Father.
είπε ο Ιησούς, that if a person had seen Him, είχε δει και τον Πατέρα (Γιάννης 14:9). And in John 14:6-7, Είπε:
Είμαι ο τρόπος, την αλήθεια, και η ζωή: Κανένας άνθρωπος δεν έρχεται στον πατέρα, but by me. Αν με γνώριζες, θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζετε και τον Πατέρα Μου: και από εδώ και πέρα Τον γνωρίζετε, και Τον είδαν.
Jesus is the only Way, δεν υπάρχει άλλος! Ας, therefore look at God’s perfect work of redemption, μέσω του Ιησού Χριστού.
Jesus went to the garden of Gethsemane
The work of redemption began in the garden of Gethsemane, when Jesus’ soul was sorrowful. Ο Ιησούς προσευχήθηκε στον Πατέρα και είπε: “Πατέρας, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: εν τούτοις όχι το θέλημά Μου, αλλά το δικό σου, να γίνει”.
Jesus knew the time had come that He would be handed over into the hands of sinners, and die for all sinners.
During his prayer, an angel appeared unto Him from heaven, to strengthen Him. And being in an agony He prayed more earnestly: and His sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground (Λουκ 22:42-44).
Jesus conquered this deadly fear inside of HIm. He had to fight against His soul. Jesus conquered His soul (Διαβάστε επίσης: ‘Η σταύρωση της ψυχής'').
Now Jesus was ready to continue the mission of His Father, and go to the whipping post and the cross.
Jesus went to the whipping post
After His prayer, and when Jesus returned to His disciples, He was betrayed by one of His disciples, and was taken captive. After many interrogations, He was scourged. When Jesus was scourged at the whipping post, He bore our sickness and disease.
Ασφαλώς έχει φέρει τις θλίψεις μας, και κουβαλούσε τις λύπες μας: ωστόσο τον εκτιμούσαμε χτυπημένο, χτυπημένος από τον Θεό, και ταλαιπωρημένος. Αλλά πληγώθηκε για τις παραβάσεις μας, Μελανιάστηκε για τις ανομίες μας: η τιμωρία της ειρήνης μας ήταν πάνω Του; και με τις ρίγες Του θεραπευόμαστε (Ησάιας 53:4,5)
Ο οποίος ο ίδιος Του έφερε τις αμαρτίες μας στο ίδιο Του σώμα πάνω στο δέντρο, ότι εμείς, να είσαι νεκρός στις αμαρτίες, πρέπει να ζήσει με δικαιοσύνη:από του Οποίου γιατρευτήκατε (1 Πέτρος 2:24)
The crown of thorns
The crown of thorns, that the soldiers put on Jesus’ head could be a symbol of the oppression of man, but that’s my interpretation. Because in the Old Testament when they spoke of thorns, they referred to people:
Αλλά αν δεν διώξετε τους κατοίκους της γης από μπροστά σας; τότε θα συμβεί, ότι αυτά που θα αφήσετε να μείνουν από αυτά θα είναι τρυπήματα στα μάτια σας και αγκάθια στα πλευρά σας, και θα σας ενοχλήσει στη γη όπου κατοικείτε (Αριθμοί 33:55)
Γνωρίστε με βεβαιότητα ότι ο Κύριος ο Θεός σας δεν θα εκδιώξει πλέον κανένα από αυτά τα έθνη από μπροστά σας; αλλά θα είναι παγίδες και παγίδες για εσάς, και μάστιγες στα πλευρά σου, και αγκάθια στα μάτια σου, μέχρι να χαθείτε από αυτήν την καλή γη που σας έδωσε ο Κύριος ο Θεός σας (Ιησούς του ναυή 23:13)
Αλλά οι γιοι του Μπελιάλ θα είναι όλοι τους σαν αγκάθια πεταμένα, γιατί δεν μπορούν να ληφθούν με τα χέρια (2 Σαμουήλ 23:6)
The Crucifixion of Jesus Christ
Μετά ήρθε η στιγμή, that Jesus was chosen by the people, instead of Barabbas (ένας δολοφόνος), να σταυρωθεί. The devil thought that he was smart, he thought that by crucifying Jesus, he was getting rid of Jesus, and he could continue to build his kingdom on this earth. Με άλλα λόγια, he thought: good riddance! (Διαβάστε επίσης: ‘Ιησούς ή Βαραββάς, ποιον επιλέγεις?'')
Όμως ο διάβολος έκανε λάθος. Because this was all part of God’s work of redemption. Ο Ιησούς πήρε όλες τις αμαρτίες, του κόσμου, upon Him. Ιησούς, Που ήταν χωρίς αμαρτία, was made sin and was sacrificed, in order to reconcile man back to God, μια για πάντα. From the sixth till the ninth hour, there was darkness over all the land.
Then at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, ρητό: “Eloi, Eloi, λάμα σαμπαχθάνι?”
These words mean: “Θεέ μου, Θεέ μου, γιατί με εγκατέλειψες?”
Jesus had always been joint together with His Father; they were One. Jesus was never separated from Him, until sin came upon Him.
God is holy and can never have fellowship with sin, therefore Jesus was separated from His Father. Ο Ιησούς φώναξε με δυνατή φωνή, και παρέδωσε το φάντασμα.
Όταν πέθανε ο Ιησούς, το πέπλο του ναού σκίστηκε σε δύο από την κορυφή προς τα κάτω (Σημείο 15:33-39).
Ο οποίος ο ίδιος Του έφερε τις αμαρτίες μας στο ίδιο Του σώμα πάνω στο δέντρο, ότι εμείς, να είσαι νεκρός στις αμαρτίες, πρέπει να ζήσει με δικαιοσύνη: by whose stripes you were healed (1 Πέτρος 2:24)
Jesus took our punishment upon Himself
We should have been punished, because we are the sinners and not Jesus. We should have been scourged in hell. But because of the great love and mercy of God, Jesus took the punishment, which was meant for us, επάνω Του.
Through the blood of Jesus and regeneration in Him, we are reconciled with God and live in unity with God in Christ Jesus. μέσω του baptism with water και το Άγιο Πνεύμα, we have crucified our sinful nature and received God’s nature inside of us.
When you receive His nature inside of you, the process of sanctification will start. Θα Ανανεώστε το μυαλό σας με το Λόγο του Θεού. And instead of walking after the flesh (after your senses, μυαλό, Σκέψεις, Συναισθήματα, Συναισθήματα, βούληση, κλπ.), you shall walk after the Spirit according to the Word in the will of God.
The Holy Spirit is your Comforter and your Teacher. Μαζί Του, you shall be able to serve God, Ιησούς Χριστός, and men. Ακριβώς όπως ο Ιησούς.
Jesus took the keys of hell and death
After Jesus died, He legally entered Hades. Ο Ιησούς μπήκε στον Άδη, because Jesus was made sin; He had taken all sin and iniquity upon Himself. Jesus was in Hades for three days and preached. Μετά από τρεις μέρες, Ο Ιησούς πήρε τα κλειδιά του διαβόλου, θάνατος, and Hades legally back.
Γιατί ο Jonas ήταν τρεις μέρες και τρεις νύχτες στην κοιλιά της φάλαινας; έτσι θα είναι ο Υιός του ανθρώπου τρεις μέρες και τρεις νύχτες στην καρδιά της γης (Ματθαίος 12:40)
Γι' αυτό το ευαγγέλιο κηρύχθηκε και σε αυτούς που είναι νεκροί, για να κριθούν κατά τους ανθρώπους στη σάρκα, αλλά ζήστε σύμφωνα με τον Θεό στο πνεύμα (1 Πέτρος 4:6)
Είμαι Αυτός που ζει, και ήταν νεκρός; και, βλέπω, Είμαι ζωντανός για πάντα, Αμήν; και έχουν τα κλειδιά της κόλασης και του θανάτου (Αποκάλυψη 1:18)
Ο Ιησούς νίκησε τον θάνατο και με τη δύναμη του Αγίου Πνεύματος, He was raised from the dead. Το ίδιο Πνεύμα, Who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in us (Ρωμαίους 8:11).
Jesus is alive and is seated at the right hand of God. He lives, and we may live in Him. Jesus gave us His whole legacy, through His work of redemption.
God’s work of redemption was a work of perfection!
