UJehova Rapha noma Mensendieck? Ukuzikhethela kungokwakho..

Abantu abaningi, kuhlanganise namaKristu, vakashela umelaphi we-Mensendieck. Kodwa ingabe bayazi, lapho abaya khona nokuthi bazifake kukho? Iyini i-Mensendieck therapy kanye nemvelaphi yayo? Lithini iBhayibheli ngezindlela zokwelapha i-Mensendieck?

Uyini Umlando Wokwelashwa kwe-Mensendieck?

I-Mensendieck yasungulwa udokotela waseJalimane u-Bess A. I-Menseieck (1866-1959). Yingakho ukwelashwa kubizwa ngokuthi i-Mensendieck. Phakathi nezifundo zakhe kwezobuciko obuhle, waqaphela imizimba yabantu eminingi eyahlukene. Wayefuna ukwazi, ukuthi ukuma nokuma komzimba kwakuthonyeka kangakanani, ngakho-ke zingalungiswa. Uzicwilise ku-anatomy, i-physiology, i-biomechanics, imfundo engokomzimba, kanye nama-gymnastics anesigqi. Ngemva kwalezi zifundo, wathuthukisa eyakhe i-kinematics i-Mensendieck.

U-Bess Mensendieck ugcizelele ubunye bomzimba nengqondo. Ngokusho kwakhe, ubungehlukanise laba ababili. Wayefuna amaklayenti akhe azi ngokuqondana kwemizimba yawo nokunyakaza kwawo. Ubeke amakhasimende akhe umthwalo wemfanelo ngokusebenza kahle kwemizimba yawo.

U-Mensendieck unendlela ephelele. Ukwelashwa kuqukethe uchungechunge lwezivivinyo eziklanyelwe ukwelapha kanye/noma ukuvimbela izikhalazo zomzimba, ukuma okungalungile, noma ubuhlungu obungapheli. Izivivinyo zifundisa ukuqwashisa umzimba wakho nokuthi unganyakaza kanjani usuka enkabeni yomzimba, kulandela ukuphefumula.

Mensendieck kanye nokuqwashisa umzimba wakho

Lapho ngifunda lokhu, kwangikhumbuza i-yoga. Kufanele futhi uqaphele umzimba wakho futhi ugxile ekunyakazeni oqaphelayo kusuka emnyombweni kanye nenyunyana phakathi kokunyakaza nokuphefumula. Ake sibheke ukufana kwe-yoga ne-Mensendieck:

Lithini iBhayibheli ngokuzethemba?

Thembela eNkosini ngayo yonke inhliziyo yakho; futhi ancike ekuqondeni kwakho. Mazise yena ezindleleni zakho zonke, yena uyakuqondisa imikhondo yakho (Izaga 3:5-6)

Ngokwenza ukwelashwa kwe-Mensendieck uthola ukuzimela. Lokhu kuphambene nentando kaNkulunkulu. Ngoba uNkulunkulu ufuna sithembele kuye. Ufuna ukuncika ngokuphelele Kuye. UNkulunkulu ufuna sibe ngabantu bakhe futhi ufuna ukusinakekela.

Uma silandela lezi zindlela ze-Mensendieck, kubonisa ukuthi asimdingi uJesu nokuthi singakwazi ukulawula yonke into ngokwethu. I-‘self’ iyisikhungo salokhu kwelashwa.

Kodwa iBhayibheli liyasho, ukuthi sithembele eNkosini futhi sincike kuyo ngazo zonke izinhliziyo zethu.

Akumelwe sincike kokwethu ukuqonda, ngoba ayithembekile. Kuphela iNkosi uJesu Kristu; iZwi, inokwethenjelwa futhi ithembekile.

Lithini iBhayibheli ngokuqwashisa?

Ngumoya ophilisayo; inyama ayisizi lutho: amazwi engiwakhuluma kini, bangumoya, futhi ziyimpilo (UJohane 6:63)

Manje ake sixoxe ngokuqwashisa; ukwazi umzimba wakho. Ukuqaphela umzimba kubangela ukuthi umzimba wakho ubusa phezu kwengqondo nomoya wakho. Umzimba wakho uba yinkosi yempilo yakho. Uzolalela umzimba wakho, futhi wenze, lokho umzimba wakho okutshela ukuthi ukwenze. Uyazithoba emzimbeni wakho.

Umzimba wakho uyakuhola, ngoba uziqeqeshe futhi wazikhuza ukuze uphaphame (uyazi) kuwo wonke amalungu omzimba wakho (ukuma, ukunyakaza, ukuphefumula, izitho zomzimba, njll. (Funda futhi: Iyini ingozi yokucabanga?)).

Kodwa wonke umKristu uthengwe ngegazi likaJesu Kristu. Ngakho-ke amaKristu anikele izimpilo zawo kuJesu Kristu. UJesu manje uyiNkosi phezu kwempilo yomKristu.

UJesu uyiNkosi phezu kwempilo yakho

NjengomKristu, umenzile uJesu, Nkosi phezu kwempilo yakho yonke. Umoya okuwe usuyaphila, ngokubuyisana noNkulunkulu ngoJesu Kristu, nangokuzalwa kabusha emoyeni. Umoya wakho uzosebenza kanye noMoya oNgcwele.

Umzimba ofayo uphiliswe nguMoya waKhe

Kusukela ngesikhathi uzalwa ngokusha emoyeni, kubalulekile ukondla umoya wakho ngeZwi likaNkulunkulu. Ukuze umoya wakho uvuthwe futhi ubuse empilweni yakho, esikhundleni somzimba nengqondo yakho (umphefumulo).

Umzimba wakho usuyithempeli (ukuhlala) kaMoya oNgcwele (1 NoRor 6:19). UNkulunkulu usephenduke uMnikazi wakho.

Umzimba wakho nomphefumulo wakho kufanele kube ngaphansi komoya, esikhundleni sokuthi umoya wenu ube ngaphansi komzimba (kanye nomphefumulo).

KwabaseRoma 8:1 kulotshiwe ukuthi sisindisiwe uma sihamba kuJesu Kristu futhi sihamba ngoMoya hhayi ngokwenyama. Lapho uphila ngemva kwenyama, uyakufa, kodwa nxa lihamba ngokukaMoya libulala izenzo zenyama, uyakuphila.

Lapho uhamba emva kukaMoya, uzophila

Ngakho-ke, bazalwane, Sikweleta, Hhayi Enyameni, Ukuphila Ngemuva Kwenyama. Ngokuba uma niphila ngokwenyama, niyakufa: kepha uma nibulala imisebenzi yomzimba ngoMoya, niyakuphila. Ngoba bonke abaholwa nguMoya kaNkulunkulu, bangamadodana kaNkulunkulu (AmaRoma 8:12-14)

UMoya kaNkulunkulu nomoya wethu kumele ubuse phezu komzimba. Akumelwe silalele imizimba yethu nezimpawu zayo.
Ukuqaphela umzimba kuwugibe lukasathane. Ufuna ukuthi uqhubeke uphila ngokulandela inyama. Ukuze, angabuyela empilweni yakho futhi abuse futhi alawule impilo yakho.

Lapho usuzalwa ngokusha, umoya wakho uyophila kuwe kodwa usangaphansi komzimba nomphefumulo. Manje sekuyisikhathi sokuqeqeshwa okuthile: ngikhule eZwini likaNkulunkulu noMoya oNgcwele.

Uzovuthwa kanjani umoya wakho?

UMoya oNgcwele uyakukufundisa ngeZwi laKhe futhi ukhule ube ngumfanekiso kaJesu Kristu. Ngokondla umoya wakho ngeZwi likaNkulunkulu, ukwenza iZwi likaNkulunkulu, nangomkhuleko kanye ukuvuza, uzovuthwa futhi ube namandla emoyeni, ukuze umoya wakho ubuse empilweni yakho.

Uzohamba emva kukaMoya futhi ubuse phezu komphefumulo wakho nomzimba wakho. Ngalokho niyakuhamba njengokuhamba kwenu indalo entsha; indodana kaNkulunkulu (lokhu kusebenza kokubili abesilisa nabesifazane).

Umoya awusesona isigqila. Kodwa umoya wakho (ebunyeni noMoya oNgcwele) iyakubusa phezu komphefumulo nomzimba wakho. Uzohamba emva komoya, futhi wenze intando kaNkulunkulu Emhlabeni.

Lapho wenza intando kaNkulunkulu, kusukela emoyeni, uyakuveza ukuphila. Lapho wenza izinto ezivela enyameni; izinzwa, imizwa, imizwelo, imicabango, njll., akuyikuveza ukuphila, kodwa ukufa.

Impilo yakho injengohlamvu lukakolweni

Ufile ufile futhi akaphili. Ngaphandle uma uvusa isidumbu sakho futhi usenze siphile. Ungakwenza lokho.

Uma wenza lokho, uqaphela konke okwenzeka emzimbeni wakho; bonke ubuhlungu, ukukhathala, ukuphefumula okungalungile, uvalo, izinyawo/izandla ezilumayo, ubunzima, ukungezwani, njll.

Uqaphela zonke izimpawu zomzimba futhi uholwa yilezi zimpawu.

Niyakuhamba ngalezi zibonakaliso, esikhundleni sokuba umoya wenu ubuse phezu kwalezi zibonakaliso.

Ngenxa yeqiniso, ukuthi uwunike umzimba wakho ububusi bawo, umzimba wakho nomphefumulo wakho kuyobusa futhi futhi umoya uyothatha indima engaphansi futhi uyokufa ekugcineni. Uzolahlekelwa ukuphila kwakho, noma ucabanga, ukuze uthole ukuphila.

Ungavuli amasango ezitha

Lawa masango abizwa nangokuthi i-Chakra (izikhungo zamandla emzimbeni). Uzovula a I-Chakra ngokwenza izivivinyo/ukunyakaza okuthile okuhambisana nokuphefumula kwakho.

Umelaphi uyaqinisekisa, ukuthi uzozizwa uhlobo oluthile lokukhululeka emisipha/emathanjeni akho, ukuthola amandla nokukhululeka. Kodwa amandla nokuthula okutholayo kuvela kuSathane. Ngokwenza lezi (ukuphefumula) ukuzivocavoca uzothatha kancane kancane umzimba wakho nengqondo aze alawule umzimba wakho.

Mhlawumbe akuyona inhloso yakho ukuvula noma yimaphi amasango kadeveli ngokuqaphela umzimba wakho. Kodwa ake ngikutshele, ukuthi udeveli akanandaba ukuthi uyakwazi lokhu noma cha. Uma ungena endaweni yakhe uvule amasango, kwanele ukuba akuthumbe. Yilokhu okwenzeka ngoMensendieck (kanye ne-yoga)

I-Mensendieck iyimfundiso yomuntu. Akusekelwe eBhayibhelini (IZwi LikaNkulunkulu) kanye nobuhlakani baKhe. Kuyimfundiso yomuntu, ngakho-ke imfundiso yodeveli. Izimfundiso zomhlaba, ziwubuwula kuNkulunkulu. Njengoba nje imfundiso kaNkulunkulu iwubuwula emhlabeni; ikhehla.

Kuningi kakhulu ongabhala ngakho, kodwa ngizoma lapha. Ngokushesha,  I-yoga kanye nezingozi zokuzijwayeza i-yoga kuzoxoxwa ngakho.

UJesu unguMphulukisi wethu futhi sinokuphulukiswa okuphelele kuye. Kanjani? Funda UJesu umphilisi.
