Nje ukuba ube sisidalwa esitsha kuYesu Krestu kwaye ufuduselwe ebukumkanini bobumnyama uye eBukumkanini bukaThixo, ixesha loluvo lwakho liphelile. Xa uthe waba ngunyana kaThixo nomlandeli kaYesu Krestu, ke akukho malunga nento oyicingayo, fumana kwaye uzive, kodwa imalunga nento Ayicingayo, ufumana kwaye uziva. Ayingombono wakho, kodwa imalunga nembono Yakhe.
Ngalo lonke ixesha uqhubeka ulandela inyama kwaye uzalise ingqondo yakho ngezinto zeli hlabathi, ingqondo yakho kunye nokuhamba kwakho kuya kufana nehlabathi kwaye inyama yakho iya kulawula ebomini bakho. Kodwa igama litsho, ukuba ukunyameka kwenyama kububutshaba kuThixo, kuba ukunyameka kwenyama kungalulameli umthetho kaThixo, nto leyo emele ukuthanda kukaThixo
Izandla zam ndizolula imini yonke kubantu abaneenkani, ohamba ngendlela engalungileyo, emva kweengcamango zabo (Yi 65:2)
Kuba abo babuhlungu kwenyama, zenza izinto zenyama; Kodwa bona bathe emva komoya izinto zoMoya. Ukuba nengqondo ye-carnnly kukufa; Kodwa ukuze babe nengqondo yokomoya bubomi noxolo. Kuba ingqondo yenyama ibutshaba ngakuThixo: kuba ayixhomekeki emthethweni kaThixo, Akukho nto inokwenzeka. Ke ngoko abo basenyameni abanakumkholisa uThixo (I-ROM 8:5-8)
Ingqondo yenyama icinga njengehlabathi. Yingqondo yehlabathi, edalwe ngokolwazi nobulumko behlabathi, and what people think, yithi, yiva, find and experience. A carnal mind is focused upon itself and adjust the Word of God to its own opinion, findings and feelings. Because of the pride that is present in the carnal mind, the carnal mind of the old creation shall always rebel against God and will never be able to submit to God and His Word. Ngoko ke, the carnal mind is not able to please God.
Divisions among God’s children
Ngenxa yenyani, that not every believer has laid down his own opinion, and has not exchanged his opinion for the opinion of God, there are so many divisions among the children of God. Many believers hold on to their own opinion, instead of searching the scriptures in order to find out what the Word says and adopt and apply the opinion of God in their lives.
Nangona kunjalo, when you search the scriptures it is important, that you read the Word in the Holy Spirit and in the right context because otherwise, you will still be able to manipulate and change the words of God in such a manner, that it will fit your own opinion and your will.
But a complete devotion and submission to Jesus Christ means to give up your own will and your own opinion, and let His will and opinion become your will and opinion. You have chosen to follow Jesus and to serve Him. If you are not willing to do that, then why do you call yourself a Christian and why do you go to church?
Jesus represented the will of the Father
Jesus has given us the example, how we should walk as sons of God. Jesus didn’t speak His own words, but He spoke the words of God. He only did the things, that He had seen His father do and what He had learned from His Father. Ewe, Jesus represented the will of His Father.
Wabaphendula uYesu, watsho, My doctrine is not Mine, but His that sent Me. If any man will do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of Myself. He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh His glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him (Yoh 7:16-18)
We should walk as Jesus walked. Because we are His representatives and represent the same Kingdom. Ngoko ke, we should know the will of the Kingdom, so that we can live as inhabitants of the Kingdom. In everything you do and say, nakuzo zonke iimeko, you should ask yourself “what does the Word say?”
The more you renew your mind with the Word, the more your mind will line up with the way God thinks and His will.
If you meet someone, who has a question or a problem, then it’s not about what you think about the matter, imeko, problem etc. Ayingombono wakho, but it’s about what God says in His Word. His Word is and speaks the truth, and that’s why only His Word brings forth salvation, uvuyo, uxolo, kunye nobomi.
Who is speaking the truth?
The world relies on science and human philosophy. But many times it happens, that science has created a theory, based on scientific proof, that the world supports and consider as the truth, but after a few years, the theory will be replaced by another theory, based on new scientific discoveries, that contradict the first theory. Therefore we can consider the first theory as being untrue, or a lie. But who speaks the truth? Ngubani onokukholelwa kwaye umthembe? Omnye kuphela, othetha inyaniso nguYesu; ilizwi.
ILizwi lithetha inyaniso ngokuba iLizwi liyinyaniso. Yiyo loo nto iLizwi likuphela kwento ebomini, ungathembela kwaye uthembele. Xa uthatha amazwi kaThixo kwaye uhlaziye ingqondo yakho ngamazwi akhe, ngoko ingqondo yakho iya kucinga nokuthetha njengoYesu; ilizwi. Iingcinga zakhe ziya kuba ziingcinga zakho, kwaye intando yaKhe ibe yintando yakho.
Ukuba uthetha amazwi aKhe, uya kuthetha inyaniso. Inyaniso yakhe isenokugqalwa iqatha yaye inokujamelana nayo yaye isenokude ibangele intlungu. Kodwa khumbula, ukuba niyityuwa yehlabathi (Mat 5:13). Ityuwa iyahlambulula, kodwa ikwasetyenziselwa ukunyanga amanxeba.
Ukuba umntu, udibana ‘nenxeba’ yaye uthetha amazwi okwenyaniso kaThixo ebomini bomntu, kwandule ke kube njengetyuwa enxebeni. It may be painful in the beginning, kodwa ekugqibeleni, it will heal the wound. Because the Word brings healing, uxolo, and life to those, who want to hear and receive His Word.
But as long as you keep giving your own opinion, that is inspired by your flesh and the world, and as long as you keep giving your own view on matters, iimeko, and problems, then your words will have no or little power. That’s because your words derive from your flesh and represent the view and opinion of the world, instead of the view and opinion of God and His Word. Only if you speak His words, He will empower them. And because will empower His words, His words will produce peace and life in your life and in the lives of others.
A follower of Jesus glorifies Him and not people
If you are a umlandeli kaYesu and represent Him, you can no longer be a friend of the world. The old carnal man wants to stay friends with the world and wants to please everyone because they are afraid of rejection. Therefore they adjust their words to what other people want to hear. But your job is not to please people, but to please Him. Because if you have decided to follow Jesus, be His servant and serve God, you don’t seek your own glory and the glory of people, but the glory of Him.
Ewe, you shall serve people through the Word. But even if you serve people, you are not their servant, but you are God’s servant. He is your Lord. That’s why you shall do what He wants and say what He says, and live after His will. You cannot always talk smooth, and please people all the time, with your words and deeds. If you want to please people and seek their acceptance, then you cannot be a servant of Christ. Because as long as you speak carnal words, that derive from your flesh; iimvakalelo, iimvakalelo, iziphumo, uluvo, kwaye uya kwenza, that is based upon the wisdom and knowledge of this world, you shall never be able to really help people. You can temporary comfort and soothe their ego and their spirit of self-pity, kodwa injalo.
But are you allowed and entitled to have your own opinion?
The world promotes people to develop their own opinion and will. Because it’s important and good if you develop your own personal opinion. At school children learn from a young age, to not only develop a personal opinion and a will, but they also learn to respect the opinions of others. Kuba ihlabathi litsho, that everyone should respect the opinions of others.
But is that really true? Does the world really allow others to have their own personal opinion? Ngokuba, if a believer has an opinion, that lines up with the Bible, but deviates from the world, then suddenly the world doesn’t respect and allow this opinion anymore. Then they will become angry and accuse the believer of all kinds of things.
If your opinion represents God’s opinion, then you are no longer allowed and entitled to have your own opinion. All opinions are being respected, except the opinions of God’s people and HIs children. In this behavior of the world, we see the power of the devil working in the lives of many people, kuquka namakholwa, who have a carnal.
Ingqondo kaKristu
Xa u hlaziya ingqondo yakho ngeLizwi likaThixo, your mind shall more and more begin to look like His mind. Ngokuhlaziya ingqondo yakho, you shall get the mind of Christ. Ithetha ukuba, that His thoughts will become your thoughts, His mind will become your mind and that’s why His opinion becomes your opinion.
This renewal is part of the process of sanctification when you likhuphe ixhego kwaye yambathani umntu omtsha. Kwilizwe lomoya, the old man has become a new creation in Christ. Ngoko ke, lixesha, that what has been taken place in the spiritual realm, will become visible in the natural realm.
As long as believers hold on to their own opinion and findings, then this renewal has not fully been taken place yet. The believers are still carnal, which means that their flesh and the world (inkqubo) rule as king in their lives. Ngabo abo, abahleli etroneni yobomi babo, endaweni kaKristu. As long as believers hold on to their own opinion, they will keep representing the world instead of the Kingdom of God.
It is written…….
Sukujonga kwaye umamele kakhulu into ethethwa lihlabathi kuba iya kuba yimiqobo engqondweni yakho kwaye icothise ukukhula kwakho ngokomoya.. Ukuba uhlala uphulaphule oko kuthethwa lihlabathi, uze uwaphulaphule amazwi akhe, ithiyori kunye neendlela, kwaye uzikholelwe kwaye uzisebenzise ebomini bakho, uya kuhlala unengqondo yehlabathi, kwaye useke uluvo lwakho phezu kobulumko nolwazi lwehlabathi.
Kuphela ukuba ufunda iLizwi kwaye uzaliswe ngamazwi kaThixo kunye nezinto zoBukumkani bakhe, uya kuba nako ukummela Yena kunye noluvo lwakhe. Ibalulekile, ukuthatha ixesha kwaye umamele into Afuna ukuyithetha kuwe. Ukuba kukho izibhalo ongaziqondiyo eBhayibhileni, kuhle ukuphinda ezi zibhalo, camngca ngazo kwaye ucele ingcaciso kuMoya oyiNgcwele. Ukuba wenza oko, then He will enlighten His words in your spirit, and reveal them to you, so that you will understand His words and they will become alive in you.
The more His words will become alive in you, and you adopt His opinion, the more you will become a reflection of Him on this earth.
