The temptations in life

All people have to deal with temptations in life. As long as people live on earth, they will be tempted. A Christians who is never tempted doesn’t exist.

Our Lord Jesus Christ was led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness. During that time in the wilderness, Ua faahema oia ia'na e te diabolo.

The devil tempted Jesus in the flesh and used Bible Scriptures to persuade Him to give into the temptation. But Jesus knew the heart and will of the Father and didn’t give into those temptations.

Jesus resisted the temptations and overcame the devil by speaking the Word of God in the right context.

Do you give into temptations and feed the will, desires and lusts of your flesh? Or do the Word and the Spirit rule in your life, and do you resist temptations?

How do you resist temptation?

Don’t listen to your senses, Te mau nota, and feelings telling you what to do, because they lie. Listen to the Holy Spirit instead.

Listen to what the Holy Spirit and the Word advise you to do. When you listen to Them, you will do well and keep yourself from harm and save your precious life.
