As the Father appointed His Son unto a living hope, so are the people that believe and identified themselves with Christ’s death and resurrection from the dead and are clothing with Him, unto a living hope in the world.
Christians are born again unto a living hope
Atukuzwe Mungu na Baba wa Bwana wetu Yesu Kristo, which according to His abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope (living hope) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, Kwa urithi usioharibika, na bila unajisi, na hilo halififii, iliyohifadhiwa mbinguni kwa ajili yenu, Mnalindwa na nguvu za Mungu kwa njia ya imani hata mpate wokovu ulio tayari kufunuliwa wakati wa mwisho (1 Peter 1:3-4)
God restored through His Son Jesus Christ, the peace between God and man that was broken, and the authority and life that man lost through Adam’s sin, to everyone that believes.
Everyone that believes in Jesus Christ and through faith repents, and be baptized in water and receives the baptism with the Holy Spirit becomes a son of the living God (hii inatumika kwa wanaume na wanawake) and belongs to God again.
All people that are kuzaliwa mara ya pili katika Kristo are no longer sinners, but have become saints.
Believers have laid down their old life as sinner, kwa kifo cha miili yao katika Kristo, and are raised from the dead in newness of life (Oh. Warumi 4:25; 6:4-11; 7:6).
Katika Kristo, they received the life of God anew and live in the New Covenant that is sealed with the blood of Jesus. They are born again unto a living hope.
Pamoja, the believers are the Church of Christ; ya Mwili wa Kristo duniani.
The believers are clothed with Christ and are His reflection on earth
The believers are clothed with Christ and are His reflection on earth. From their renewed sonship (wanaume na wanawake) and restored position, they walk by faith in the authority of the Son Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit in obedience to the will of God (Oh. Warumi 8:29; 12:2; 15:13-19; Wakolosai 3:10; Waefeso 6:6; Waebrania 10:36; 1 Peter 4:2-19; 1 Yohana 2:17).
Kama Yesu Kristo, Mwana wa Mungu. Jesus was the reflection of God and walked by faith in the authority of His Father in the power of the Holy Spirit in obedience to the will of God (Oh. Yohana 4:34; 5:30; 6:38; 8:19; 10:30-38; 14:7; 2 Wakorintho 4:4; Wakolosai 1:15; Waebrania 1:3).
Jesus’s life belonged to God, whereby He yielded to the Father and walked in obedience to Him. Jesus spoke the words of His Father and did the things of His Father (Oh. Yohana 8:38; 10:25-38; 14:10).
And so Jesus walked by faith in holiness and righteousness in the authority of His Father and did all in His Name.
Yesu alikuwa (na ni) the living hope for the house of Israel
Jesus was the fulfillment of the Father’s promise and the living hope for the people of Israel. The Son of the promise was the living hope for all the sheep, including the sick and lost sheep of the house of Israël
Jesus was circumcised on the eighth day. Yesu alipokuwa takriban 30 umri wa miaka, He was baptized (washed in the water) na kujazwa na Roho Mtakatifu.
The Holy Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness, wapi Alijaribiwa na shetani, the ruler of the world and the adversary of God, kwa siku arobaini.
After His victory, Jesus returned in the power of the Holy Spirit to Galilee, where He preached the gospel of the Kingdom of God and taught the truth of God in the synagogues.
Kama Yesu alivyoongea maneno ya Baba, He became the voice of the living God on earth. Jesus preached and revealed the Kingdom of God and aliwaita watu watubu. (Oh. Mathayo 4:17; Weka alama 1:15; Luka 4:14-16)
Jesus preached the Kingdom of God and established God’s Law
Jesus didn’t annul the Law of Moses, but He fulfilled the Law, kwa kufanya mapenzi ya baba. The Law was connected to a King and a Kingdom, katika kesi hii, God and God’s Kingdom.
Jesus confirmed and established the will of God and His righteousness and the (maadili) laws of God’s Kingdom on earth.
Jesus showed through His walk that God is not the God of sin, death and the dead, lakini ya haki, Life and the living, the true God and the eternal King (Oh. Yeremia 10:10; Daniel 6:26; Mathayo 22:32; Weka alama 12:27; Luka 20:38).
The justification through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ
Doing the will of the Father was Jesus’s first priority in life. In contrary to God’s first son Adam, who put his will above the will of the Father and lost his life through his disobedience to God and caused his seed to become corrupt, God’s Son Jesus put the Father’s will above His own will, whereby He also lost His life, but through His obedience to God and His blood, He justified and quickened (kufanywa hai) many that believe and are born again in Him (Oh. Yohana 14:27-31; Warumi 1:16; 4:25; 5; 6; 8:10-17; Waefeso 1:7; Wakolosai 1:20; Ufunuo 1:5-6).

Yesu Kristo, Mwana wa Mungu na Mwana wa Adamu, took the guilt upon Him. The guilt, that was on the whole human race through the disobedience (dhambi) of the man Adam.
Yesu alikufa, so that everyone that believes in Him and accepts His sacrifice and be cleansed with His blood, kuokolewa.
Katika Kristo, we have the redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sin and are justified. (Oh. Warumi 5:1-19; Wagalatia 1:4; 1 Wakorintho 6:11; 2 Wakorintho 5:21; Waefeso 1:17; Wakolosai 1:13-14)
Jesus Christ brought deliverance from the devil and reconciliation with God
Through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and through His blood, you are reconciled with God and healed. You have been made righteous and are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, Which is the down payment of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of His glory (Oh. Matendo 20:28; Romeinen 8:23; 2 Wakorintho 5:5; Waefeso 1:13-14).
Through the identification with Christ through the baptism in the water of separation, you are separated from the world (death of the flesh) Kupatanishwa na Mungu (Ufufuo wa Roho kutoka kwa wafu) and have peace with God. You are death to the world and alive unto God (Oh. Matendo 26:18; Warumi 5:1; 6:5-11; Waefeso 2:13; Wafilipi 3:10-21; Wakolosai 1:20-23).
Through the blood of Jesus, you have boldness to enter into the holiest, by a new and living way, which He has consecrated for us, Kupitia kwa Veil, that is to say His flesh (Warumi 5:1-2; Waebrania 10:19-20).
Kupitia kuzaliwa upya katika Kristo, you are appointed unto a living sacrifice, takatifu na ya kumpendeza Mungu, and a living hope for the people (Oh. Warumi 12:1; 1 Peter 1:14).
Jesus is the living hope for all people
Jesus is still the living hope for people and the Savior of mankind. He is the living God, Neno Hai, the living Water, the living Bread, the living Stone, na the living voice that still speaks and sounds in the hearts of the born again believers, who live in a world of deep darkness (Oh. Yohana 4:10-11; 6:51; 7:38; 1 Peter 2:4).
As Jesus was a living hope for the people through His birth on earth, and through His death and resurrection from the dead, is still a living hope for the people, so are the believers in Christ, kwa kifo cha mwili na ufufuo wa roho kutoka kwa wafu, a living hope for the people on earth, that testify of the blood and the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
Kwa maana Kristo naye aliteswa mara moja kwa ajili ya dhambi, the just for the unjust, ili atulete kwa Mungu, kuuawa katika mwili, but quickened by the Spirit (1 Peter 3:18)
Kupitia kuzaliwa mpya, believers are not appointed unto a death hope but unto a living hope for the people.
They bear this living hope in them through the resurrection of Jesus from the dead, kutembea, as witnesses of Jesus Christ as sons of God in the new life on earth in righteousness, keeping the Law of the Spirit of life, bearing the fruit of the Spirit, and expecting an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled that fades not away, reserved in heaven.
Christians are witnesses of Jesus Christ and the hope that is in them
They are the true witnesses of Jesus Christ and the hope that is in them on earth. They are the light that shines in this dark world.
Every Christian that believes and through regeneration in Christ is made unto a living hope, possesses the truth and is expected to proclaim this truth in the power of the Holy Spirit to the people. Kwahivyo, they also be given the opportunity to believe and be delivered from the power of devil, dhambi, na kifo, and by faith and the new birth in Christ be saved from hell and reconciled with God and receive eternal life
2 Timotheo 1:8-10
