Alla saker, som är i himlarna och på jorden, skapas av Ordet. He has created visible and invisible thrones, Dominion, sändlighet, and powers in heaven and in earth. Everything is created by Him, och för honom.
Ty genom honom har allt skapats, som är i himlen, och som finns på jorden, synlig och osynlig, om de är troner, eller herravälde, eller furstendömen, eller befogenheter: allt skapades av honom, och för honom (Col 1:16)
Jesus reigns in heaven and on earth.
When Jesus was brought to Pilate, he told Jesus that he had power to crucify Him and to let Him go. Men Jesus visste, Whom had given Him this power and He knew that without God Pilate couldn’t do anything.
Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee? Jesus svarade, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above (Jn 19:10-11)
He has appointed kings, princes, nobles, judges etc on this earth. Everything is in His hands.
