All people have to deal with temptations in life. As long as people live on earth, they will be tempted. A Christians who is never tempted doesn’t exist.
Теперь все дело в, what do you do when you are tempted? How do you resist temptation?
Our Lord Jesus Christ was led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness. During that time in the wilderness, Он был искушаем дьяволом.
The devil tempted Jesus in the flesh and used Bible Scriptures to persuade Him to give into the temptation. But Jesus knew the heart and will of the Father and didn’t give into those temptations.
Jesus resisted the temptations and overcame the devil by speaking the Word of God in the right context.
Do you give into temptations and feed the will, desires and lusts of your flesh? Or do the Word and the Spirit rule in your life, and do you resist temptations?
How do you resist temptation?
You resist the temptation by submitting to the Word of God and obey, говорить, и исполняй слова Божии.
When you are tempted, whether by the devil, демоны, девушка, деньги, похоть, желания, злость, гордость, жадность, и т. д.. and you give into that temptation, you’ll sin.
If you give into the temptation and sin, you will be brought to a piece of bread.
Что означают пословицы 6:26?
Giving into the temptations of the world leads to sin and spiritual poverty. Therefore don’t give up your precious life for the lusts and desires of your flesh.
Temptations always looks better than it really is. But resist temptation through the Word of God, which is your Sword in life, и ходить по Духу.
Don’t listen to your senses, эмоции, and feelings telling you what to do, because they lie. Listen to the Holy Spirit instead.
Listen to what the Holy Spirit and the Word advise you to do. When you listen to Them, you will do well and keep yourself from harm and save your precious life.
