Păziți-vă să nu vă strice cineva prin filozofie și înșelăciune deșartă, după tradiţia bărbaţilor, după rudimentele lumii, și nu după Hristos (Coloseni 2:8)

The wisdom of this world
Căci propovăduirea crucii este o nebunie pentru cei ce pier; dar pentru noi, care suntem mântuiți, aceasta este puterea lui Dumnezeu. Căci este scris, Voi distruge înțelepciunea celor înțelepți, și va nimici înțelegerea celor prevăzători. Unde este înțeleptul? unde este scribul? unde este disputatorul acestei lumi? Dumnezeu nu a făcut nebunească înțelepciunea acestei lumi? Căci după aceea, în înțelepciunea lui Dumnezeu, lumea prin înțelepciune nu L-a cunoscut pe Dumnezeu, I-a plăcut lui Dumnezeu prin nebunia predicării să-i salveze pe cei ce cred (1 Corinteni 1:18-21)
Dar omul natural nu primește lucrurile Duhului lui Dumnezeu: pentru că ei sunt o nebunie pentru el: nici nu le poate cunoaște, pentru că sunt discernuți spiritual (1 Corinteni 2:14)
The wisdom of this world, the philosophy of man, care derivă din mintea carnală, diametrically opposes the wisdom of God. Therefore the words of the world diametrically oppose the words of God and can’t go together.
Although some people dispute and contradict this and say that they can go together, the Word is very clear. Because it is written that the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God and that the wisdom of God is foolishness to the world.
That’s because carnal wisdom is inspired by the ruler of this world and spiritual wisdom is inspired by God.
It’s up to you who and whose words you believe? Do you believe the people and the words of people or do you believe God and the words of God? (Citeste si: ‘‘Do the Bible and science go together?‘)
Unfortunately many times, people listen more to what other people say and fill their minds with the words of people, then they listen to God and fill and renew their minds with His words. Pubertate, a covering for the spirit of rebellion

A self-centered gospel instead of a Christ-centered gospel
The believers have become the center of attention and the gospel has become a self-centered gospel, instead of a Christ-centered gospel. It is all about ‘self’ și carnal prosperity and wealth.
