Tā Kunga bijāšana ir gudrības sākums: un svētā atziņa ir sapratne. For by me your days shall be multiplied, and the years of your life shall be increased (Sakāmvārdi 9:10,11)
There are not a lot of sermons anymore about the fear of the Lord. While the Word says, the fear of Lord is the beginning of wisdom. When people hear about the fear of the Lord, they often think about a God, who swings viciously with a scepter and you should be afraid of. But that is not the meaning, the Word gives. The fear of the Lord has nothing to do with terror or being afraid.
What does the fear of the Lord mean?
The fear of Lord means to have an awe, cieņu, and reference for the Almighty God; , kā arī Debesu un zemes Radītājs, Un viss tur ir. He is the Highest God, and there is no one like Him.
The fear of the Lord means, that you honor Him, un mīli Viņu pāri visam and above everyone, and that you shall do what pleases Him. If you want to please Him, you will choose to stay in His will and therefore you shall Saglabājiet viņa baušļus.
Ne tāpēc, ka vajag, bet tāpēc, ka tu to vēlies.
You love Him, and you don’t want to do anything that will hurt Him and will cause a separation between Him and you.
Nepaklausība Dievam (grēks) causes separation. That’s why you don’t want to walk in disobedience, bet paklausībā Dievam.
Tā Kunga bijāšana ir gudrības sākums
If you want to get wisdom, then it all begins with having a fear of the Lord. Only when you fear the Lord, you shall submit to Him and listen to Him and do what He wants you to do.
He wants the best for your life. Therefore He has given you His Word and His commandments. He doesn’t want to impose you with a set of rules, but He wants you to get to know Him and get to know His will. He wants you to know what is good and what is evil, so that you can remove your foot from evil.
God wants to keep you from evil and keep you from harm and you can only do that if you have wisdom. Therefore when you walk in His commandments, you shall walk in wisdom (The wisdom of the Lord, not of this world).
Get to know God, Tēvs, and you shall get understanding
The only way to get to know the Father is through His Word (Jēzus). Nav cita ceļa. You shall get to know HIs will (by His commandments). You shall get to know Him and therefore find understanding.
Jēzus teica: “whosoever loves Me, shall keep My commandments”
If you really love Him and honor Him and have an awe and respect for Him, jums būs Saglabājiet viņa baušļus and you shall walk in His will; in wisdom and understanding.
He is a Giver of life
Repent and turn to the Lord and He shall multiply your days, and the years of your life shall be increased.
The devil and his minions; demons steal, spoil and destroy lives, by executing destructive work (sāpināt, bēdas, slimība, nāvi, destruktīvas domas, Uc) miesā; ķermeni un dvēseli. That is their field.
But the Lord is the Giver of life; mūžīgā dzīvība. If you accept Jesus as your Saviour and make Him Lord of your life and walk in His will; Viņa baušļos, then you shall walk in wisdom and understanding.
Your days shall be multiplied and the years of your life shall be increased. And it won’t stop on this earth, but it will continue. Jūs neredzēsit nāvi, but you shall live eternally with Him. Isn’t that great!
