여호와 – ‘I am that I am’

And God said unto Moses, 나는 바로 나다: 그리고 그는 말했다, 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 이같이 말하라., I Am hath sent me unto you. 하나님이 또 모세에게 이르시되, 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 이같이 말하라., 너희 조상의 하나님 여호와, 아브라함의 하나님, 이삭의 하나님, 그리고 야곱의 하나님, 나를 당신에게 보냈습니다: this is My Name for ever, and this is My memorial unto all generations (이동 3: 14-15)

나는 여호와이니라, 나는 변하지 않는다 (말라치 3:6)

Yah (Jah the holy Name) abbreviation of Jehovah

The Lord is my strength and song, and He is become my salvation: He is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father’s God, and I will exalt him (이동 15:2)

For he said, Because the Lord hath sworn that the Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation (이동 17:16)

A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation (시편 68:5)

Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord (시편 150:6)

Jah-Elohim – 주 하나님

높은 데 오르셨느니라, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; 응, 반항적인 사람들에게도, 이는 주 하나님이 그들 가운데 거하시게 하려 함이라 (시편 68:18)

Jah-Jehovah – Lord Jehovah

보다, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation (이사야 12:2)

Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength (이사야 26:4)

Jehovah-Elohim – 주 하나님, the Redeemer-Creator

하늘과 땅이 창조되었을 때의 족보는 이러하다, 주 하나님이 땅과 하늘을 만드시던 날에 (창세기 2:4)

Jehovah-Elohim-Sabaoth – Lord God of Hosts

O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. 셀라 (시편 84:8)

Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts (예레미야 15:16)

Jehovah-Elyon – The Lord Most High

I will praise the Lord according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High (시편 7:17)

Jehovah-Gibbor – The Lord is Mighty

The Lord shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, 응, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies (이사야 42:13)

Jehovah-Hosenu – The Lord our Maker

O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker (시편 95:6)

Jehovah-Jireh – The Lord will provide

And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Jireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the Lord it shall be seen (창세기 22:14)

Jehovah-Kanna – The Lord Who is Jealous

너는 그들에게 절하지 말라, 그들을 섬기지도 아니하고: 나 여호와 너의 하나님은 질투하는 하나님임이니라 (이동 20:5)

For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God (이동 34:14)

Jehovah-Mekaddeskum – The Lord who sanctifies

Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, 속담, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify you (이동 31:13)

And ye shall keep my statutes, 그리고 그들을하십시오: I am the Lord which sanctify you (레위기 20:8)

Jehovah-Nissi – The Lord is my Banner

And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi (이동 17:15)

Jehovah-Raah (Râ’âh) – 주님은 나의 목자시니

The Lord is my shepherd; 나는 원하지 않을 것이다 (시편 23:1)

Jehovah-Rapha – The Lord that heals

If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee (이동 15:26)

Jehovah-Sabaoth – The Lord of Hosts

And this man went up out of his city yearly to worship and to sacrifice unto the Lord of hosts in Shiloh. And the two sons of Eli, 홉니와 비느하스, the priests of the Lord, were there (1 사무엘 1:3)

Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory (시편 24:10)

How amiable are thy tabernacles, 오 만군의 주님 (시편 84:1)

응, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, 오 만군의 주님, my King, and my God (시편 84:3)

Adonai-Jehovah-Sabaoth – Master Lord of Lords

Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord God of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel (시편 69:6)

Jehovah-Shalom – The Lord our Peace

Then Gideon built an altar there unto the Lord, and called it Jehovahshalom: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abiezrites (판사 6:24)

Jehovah-Shammah – The Lord is There, ever-present

It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The Lord is there (스 겔 48:35)

Jehovah-Shaphat – The Lord is Judge

Wherefore I have not sinned against thee, but thou doest me wrong to war against me: the Lord the Judge be Judge this day between the children of Israel and the children of Ammon (판사 11:27)

Jehovah-Tsidkenu – The Lord our Righteousness

In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, the Lord our Righteousness (왜냐하면 23:6)

Jehovah-Jehoshua-Christos – The Lord Jesus Christ (Jehovah’s Saviour Anointed)

그리고 그 여자가 아들을 낳을 것이다., 그 이름을 예수라 하라: for He shall save His people from their sins (매튜 1:21)

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord (루크 2:11)
