When our heart is full of the word, we shall have understanding, and we shall have true knowledge.
The knowledge of the world is poison for the mind
The knowledge of the world is poison for your mind. That’s why the Word of God must have the overall authority in your mind.
If you do not walk according to the Word, you walk in darkness. Fólkið, who won’t believe in Jesus and don’t accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, will walk in darkness.

Works can’t make you holy and righteous. Only the redemptive work of Jesus Christ and His blood will make you acceptable and righteous for God.
But when you repent and become born again and are made righteous in Christ, you will have a new nature; Eðli Guðs.
From that new nature, you will walk after the Spirit and do the works of God and follow after righteousness and you shall produce ávöxtur andans.
Keep the commandments of God. Be obedient and walk in them. Do not forget His covenant. Only then will you stay on the path of (eilíft) lífið.
