There is only one way to eternal life and not plural ways as many people claim. How you can find this way is described in this article. Let’s look at what the Bible says about salvation and the way to eternal life.
Is every person born as a sinner?
Oo nga, every person is born as a sinner on earth. Every person is born in the flesh in a fallen state with a sinful flesh and carries sin and death. This sinful nature separates people from God and rebels against God and disobeys His Word.
Every person lives from a fallen state and is ruled by the flesh (mga pandama, makamundong isip, mga kaisipan, mga damdamin, mga emosyon, atbp.). The person is a sinner and walks in sin. A sinner walks in rebellion towards God and disobey His words and do those things that oppose the will of God.
The sinner lives in darkness under the power of the devil, kasalanan at kamatayan. A sinner carries the death because the spirit of a sinner is death.
As long as the spirit in a person remains dead, death rules the life of the person and the person shall bear the fruit of death, alin ang kasalanan, and when the person dies, the person goes to hell (the kingdom of the death).
The final destination of the old creation (everyone that is born of Adam’s seed; the seed of man) is eternal death, unless…
What is the only Way to eternal life?
There is only one way to eternal life and escape God’s judgment and the punishment for sin, na siyang kamatayang walang hanggan, and that Way is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Way to eternal life.
By faith in Jesus Christ and His redemptive work, through His blood and regeneration in Him, people can be saved.
Sapagkat gayon na lamang ang pag ibig ng Diyos sa mundo, na ibinigay niya ang kanyang bugtong na Anak, upang ang sinumang sumampalataya sa kanya ay hindi mapahamak, kundi magkaroon ng buhay na walang hanggan (John 3:16)
Kapag ang isang tao ay nagsisi, and the flesh dies and the spirit of the person raises from the dead, sa pamamagitan ng kapangyarihan ng Banal na Espiritu, the person is born again; born of God (a.o. John 3:3-7; Mga Gawa 2:38; 1 John 1:3; 3:9; 4:7; 5:1-18; 1 Pedro 1:23).
The person has become a new creation in Christ; isang anak ng Diyos (Ito ay nalalapat sa parehong mga lalaki at babae).
Wala na bang tao, who can come to God the Father then through Jesus Christ, the Son and His blood.
No one can be saved and be reconciled with God the Father through their own works.
No one can be saved by going to church every week or by becoming a church member, pagbabasa ng Bibliya, pagdarasal, paggawa ng mga gawaing pangkawanggawa, pagsunod sa isang hanay ng mga tuntunin, religious rituals, carnal methods or other works of the flesh.
That’s because the carnal works of man can’t change anything about the sinful flesh and the fallen state and evil nature of fallen man and the broken spiritual connection with God.
That’s why Jesus Christ the Son of God had to come to earth and die. Jesus came to deal once and for all with this sin problem and heal what was broken.
The evil of man (the sin and iniquity of fallen man) killed Jesus Christ. When you think about that and ponder on it, you won’t be so hasty anymore to keep sinning.
How Jesus dealt with the sin problem
Jesus obeyed His Father and did His will and was crucified and died on the cross. He took all evil; all the sins and iniquities of the fallen human race (ang mundo), sa Kanyang sarili. Jesus carried all the sins and iniquities that reigns in the old creation and the punishment of death. Sa pamamagitan ng Kanyang buhay, work and blood, Jesus conquered the devil, kasalanan ba, at kamatayan.
Because of His redemptive work, Jesus dealt once and for all with the sin problem. Hinarap ni Jesus ang makasalanang kalikasan, that’s present in every human being that is born on earth, and created in Him a new man. (a.o. 2 Mga Taga Corinto 5:17; Mga Taga Efeso 2:16-22, Mga Taga Colosas 3).
When you believe in Jesus Christ and repent and be born again in Him, you’re redeemed by the blood of Jesus from sin and death. You are redeemed from eternal death and the kingdom of death.
The devil is no longer your master and you don’t belong to the kingdom of darkness. But through Jesus Christ and by His blood and regeneration in Him, you are delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son, Who is your new Master.

You are a representative of the Kingdom of God
Now that you are delived from the power of the devil, kasalanan ba, at kamatayan, and are no longer the old creation but have become a new creation in Christ, you shall no longer walk after the flesh in the vanity of your carnal mind in disobedience to God (sa kasalanan). Sa halip, you shall walk after the Spirit in the spirit of your mind in obedience to God.
Bilang bagong likha, hahanapin mo ang mga bagay na nasa itaas, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God.
Ikaw ay dapat panibagong isip kasama ang Salita ng Diyos (ang Biblia). Because through the Word, makikilala mo, Jesucristo, ang Ama, at ang Kaharian ng Diyos.
The Holy Spirit shall be your Teacher, your Guide, and Helper.
You shall no longer be a representative of the devil and the kingdom of darkness. You shall not be a slave of sin and death anymore.
But you shall now walk as a representative of the Kingdom of God.
You shall walk in righteousness and holiness, as a son of the Most High God.
The blood of Jesus delivered you from sin and death. Your old life as a sinner is erased by the blood of Jesus. It no longer exists to God. In Christ Jesus, you have received a new life.

God’s love and mercy made the way to eternal life
God’s great love and mercy for people, became visible through the perfect redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross. His work ensured that every person has the ability to be reconciled with God the Father.
Ang mga taong naniniwala kay Jesu-Cristo, ang Anak ng Diyos, and accept Jesus as their Saviour and Lord, are redeemed from sin and death (the death punishment for sin).
The people that are born again in the spirit, ay naging isang bagong likha. They have the Word of life and the life of God abiding in them. People that are born of God and have the life of God, shall receive eternal life.
This is the only way to eternal life. Despite what people may say, there’s no other way to eternal life then through Jesus Christ and by His sacrifice and blood.
There are no other entries and sideways to come to God the Father and be reconciled with Him. There is only one Door and one Way to eternal life, At iyon ay sa pamamagitan ni Jesucristo (a.o. John 10:7-9; 14:6-7)
The lies of the devil about the way to eternal life
The world may develop all kinds of promising philosophies and theories about the way to eternal life. But they’re developed from their carnal mind; karunungan at kaalaman ng tao (which is devilish), damdamin at damdamin.
The world can say all they want. The people that belong to the world can say, na hindi mahalaga, what you believe, as long as you do good and do what’s right (according to the moral standards of the world) and be nice to your fellowmen, have respect and tolerate all kinds of behavior, kultura, relihiyon, pilosopiya, atbp. then you will be saved.
They can even say, “it doesn’t matter what you believe or to which religion you belong to, sa huli, we all believe in the same God“.
But these are all lies from the devil because it does matter!
Sa kasamaang palad, many people believe these lies, kabilang ang maraming Kristiyano.
Ang mga, who are not born again and don’t walk after the Spirit, shall believe and support these lies.
These carnal Christians believe that there are more ways to God and eternal life, because God is love.
Ngunit ang totoo ay, that there are no other ways. The Bible says so. The Word of God is reliable and trustworthy. Bakit nga ba? Because every word that has been spoken; every prophecy that the Word has given, has come to pass and still comes to pass.
Can God have communion with sinners?
Ang totoo, that God can’t have communion with sinners; with the sinful nature of the old man.
God can only have communion and a relationship with the new creation; those who have been sanctified by the blood of Jesus Christ and have laid down their flesh, at na ang espiritu ay ibinangon mula sa mga patay, sa pamamagitan ng kapangyarihan ng Banal na Espiritu.
Ang bawat tao, na hindi naniniwala kay Hesus; ang Anak ng Diyos, bilang Manunubos; ang Mesiyas, at hindi ginagawang Panginoon si Hesus sa kanyang buhay, at hindi ginagawa ang iniutos ni Jesus sa Kanyang mga tagasunod na gawin, ay mawawala magpakailanman.
Si Hesus lamang ang Pinto. Siya ang Katotohanan at ang Daan patungo sa Ama at si Hesus lamang ang daan patungo sa buhay na walang hanggan.
Sinabi sa kaniya ni Jesus, Ako ang daan, ang katotohanan, at ang buhay: Walang sinumang lumapit sa Ama, Ngunit sa pamamagitan ko. Kung nakilala mo ako, Dapat ay nakilala mo rin ang aking ama: at mula sa ngayon ay kilala mo siya, at nakita siya
