Now therefore hearken unto me, O kayong mga anak: for blessed are they that keep my ways. Hear instruction, at maging matalino, and refuse it not (Mga Kasabihan 8:32-33)
Jesus speaks to the children, to the sons of God, which we have become in Him. By the sacrifice of Jesus, at sa pamamagitan ng Kanyang muling pagkabuhay, naging tayo, through faith in Him, and by regeneration, mga anak ng Diyos. We are not sons of man anymore, but we have become mga anak ng Diyos.
Makinig kay Jesus
Jesus speaks to the sons and commands them to listen to Him. Kami, bilang mga anak ng Diyos, ought to listen to Jesus; ang Salita. We should keep His ways, na ang ibig sabihin ay dapat nating sundin ang Kanyang mga utos, and not turn away from them.
Don’t refuse Jesus’ instruction
Because of pride, many times people refuses the instruction of Jesus (ang Salita), because they think they know it better or have their own opinion, which doesn’t line up with the Word.
But if you want to stay in Him, then you will hear His instruction and apply His instruction in your life. Dahil doon lamang, shall you become wise, and walk in wisdom. Hindi ito ang karunungan ng mundo. Dahil ang karunungan ng mundo ay kamangmangan sa Diyos. But it shall be the wisdom of God, that goes beyond all wisdom of man. But you shall only become wise, if you hear His instruction, and apply it in your life.
