Sapagkat marami ang darating sa Aking Pangalan, sabi nga, Ako si Cristo; at madadaya ang marami (Mateo 24:3,4,5)
When Jesus spoke about the end times and the sign of His coming, the first thing Jesus warned about was to take heed and let no man deceive you. Because many will come in His Name and shall deceive many. Kaya nga, if you are born again in Christ, you must renew your mind with the Word of God and let the Word of God be the highest and final authority in your life. Bakit nga ba? Because the Word of God is the truth and the children of God walk in the truth.
If you hear any doctrine that doesn’t line up with the Word of God and contradicts the Word of God, you have to reject the doctrine. Hindi mahalaga, who is preaching this doctrine and how great and hopeful this doctrine may sound. Because if sermons and doctrines do not line up with the Word of God, you are dealing with false doctrines. The Word will show you the truth; what is real and what is a lie and therefore a counterfeit.
Your opinion doesn’t matter, God’s opinion matters
As a born-again Christian, wala ka nang sariling opinyon, because you’ve crucified your flesh, including your own opinion. The opinion of God matters and becomes your opinion. What count is, what God says, how God feels about it and how God thinks about a certain matter.
It is not about what you think and how you would feel about a matter. Hindi!
Ang mahalaga ay: What does the Bible; the Word of God say?
The Bible is very clear to Christians, who are born of God and have the Spirit of God abiding in them, and do what the Word says and walk after the Spirit.
When a person says, that the Bible is difficult to understand, lipas na, and full of contradictions, then it says more about the person than the Bible.
Lalo na, that the person is not Isang Bagong Paglikha of God but is carnal. The carnal man is not able to comprehend and understand the Kingdom of God and the spiritual realm. The words of God don’t fit into a carnal life, because the words of God condemns the works of the flesh.
Many lies are preached from the pulpits
My heart cries, due to the many lies that are preached from the pulpit. It is a shame, that so many people twist and adjust the words of God to their own will, mga pagnanasa at pagnanasa. Only because they can continue their lascivious lives and walk in sin, fulfilling the lusts and desires of their flesh and doing what they want to do.
Many so-called Christians make the holy words of God unholy. They change and adjust the words of God, upang ang mga salita ng Diyos ay akma sa kanilang buhay, instead of changing their lives to the Word of God.
Most Christians don’t live according to Ang kalooban ng Diyos wala na ba. They don’t care that God’s will be done, but they care that their will be done.
In whose heart is Jesus really seated on the throne?
Nowadays the focus of many preachers is not about winning souls and disciple them, so that they will spiritually mature and grow up into the image of Jesus Christ. But the main focus of preachers is ministry growth, kasikatan, prestige, to raise money, gain revenue, mga pamagat, atbp..
Many preachers have become life coaches and motivational speakers, who please the people and say what people want to hear, so that the people feel good and come back.
The church has become a company, instead of the body of Jesus Christ; an assembly of born-again believers, who represent the Kingdom of God and walk in obedience to God and the authority of Jesus Christ on earth.
Unfortunately many preachers are carnal and focus more on earthly things than spiritual things.
Many deceive the sheep by saying that they will always remain sinners. Kaya nga, it doesn’t matter what you do in life, whether you sin or not, because the blood of Jesus will take care of your sins. They preach this stuff, so that the people can live the way they want and keep walking in sin without feeling guilty and condemned.
Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang mga maling doktrina, which are nothing more, than the doctrines of devils, they leave the sheep ignorant. Most sheep don’t mind and are not concerned with growing up spiritually, but want to be pampered. They don’t make any effort during the week to open the Bible and find out the truth for themselves. Many don’t read and study the Bible and don’t meditate on the words of God and obey them and apply them to their lives.
A focus on signs and wonders
Many Christians are often more focused on signs and wonders and to walk in great power than the Word of God and to live holy lives. Jesus said clearly to take heed and let no man deceive you because many shall come in the Name of Jesus Christ and say, I am the Christ, and many shall be deceived. Jesus warned us very clearly, but Jesus also said that many shall be deceived.
Many shall be deceived because they do not know the Lord Jesus Christ experientially, because they don’t know the Word. All they focus on are the signs and wonders and the things of this world. Kaya nga, many shall be deceived.
Only the Word warns you and exposes the counterfeit sons of God (parehong lalaki at babae).
When you know the Word, you will know God’s will and His commandments.
Bilang anak ng Diyos, you will obey your Father and do what He says and be faithful to Him and keep His commandments.
It is just like traffic signs. We have traffic signs to prevent accidents. These traffic signs are there for you, to direct you and to keep you safe.
Kunin natin, halimbawa na lang, the ‘stop sign’ When you ignore this sign, or you don’t know what this sign means and keep driving, this could have terrible consequences for your life.
Maybe you do know the Bible, but because it doesn’t line up with the world system, you consider the Bible outdated and not relevant for this age.
Well, you are partially right! The Bible doesn’t line up with the world system, but it never has and it never will. However the Bible will always be relevant, because God’s Word is settled forever.
The Kingdom of God will never line up with the kingdom of darkness. Ang problema ay, that the apostasy and wickedness on earth has increased.
Many people have left the faith; they have left God and have become ungodly people, who walk in sins and iniquities. They are the majority on earth. Samakatuwid ang spiritual darkness on earth has increased significantly.
Times will change, but the Word of God remains the same
Times will change, but the Word of God remains the same. Ang Salita ng Diyos ay hindi magbabago kailanman, because God will never change. Ang Diyos ay pareho, kahapon lang, Ngayon at magpakailanman.
What has changed are the people, who do not want to live according to the Word of God anymore, because the words of God don’t fit into this age and their lifestyle.
Many people are prideful and live in rebellion against God. Ayaw nilang masabihan kung ano ang gagawin. They want to lead their own lives with their own pleasures and sin.
Ayaw nilang magbago at repent of their old lifestyle and lay down the old man. Because they love the life and works of the old man.
This is not a new phenomenon. In the Books of Genesis, Exodo, Levitico, atbp. the people were also prideful and lived in rebellion against God. We see that the people practiced the same sin as the people practice today. There is nothing new, there are no new sins.
God is very clear in His Word about what He approves and disapproves. Nasa iyo ito, what you do with His words. Do you want to do His will or do you want to do the will of your flesh?
Take heed and let no man deceive you!
Be watchful and let no one deceive you. Even if sermons sound so wonderful, promising nga ba, nakapagpapasiglang, and encouraging. If what the teacher or preacher says doesn’t line up with the Bible (ang Salita ng Diyos) and promotes a laviscious lifestyle that isn’t according to the Word of God, then you have to reject it.
We live at the end of the last days. The last days started in the time of the Apostles, as is mentioned in Hebrews 1:2. We see many prophecies, regarding the end of time, coming to pass.
Therefore it’s important in these days, that you take the Bible and study the Word and live in the Word and let no man deceive you. The living Word (Jesucristo) is the Head of the Body, ang Simbahan. Nobody can live without a head. All coordination is in the head.
When you listen to the Word and obey the Word and do His will in your life, then you will be prevented from deceptions. You will have a spiritual awareness, because you will recognize the deceptions of the devil.
The false teachers in the church
Ang mga apostol na si Pablo, Pedro, at si Judas, bukod sa iba pa, spoke about false teachers in the church. Sa 2 Pedro 2:1-22, we read about things, that could easily have taken place in this modern age. There’s no difference, between the age wherein Peter lived and this present age.
Ngunit may mga bulaang propeta din sa mga tao, kung paanong magkakaroon ng mga huwad na guro sa inyo, na pribado ang magdadala ng mga mapahamak na erehes, kahit na itinatanggi ang Panginoon na bumili sa kanila, at nagdadala sa kanilang sarili ng mabilis na pagkawasak. At marami ang dapat sundin ang kanilang mapanganib na mga paraan; sa pamamagitan ng kung kanino ang daan ng katotohanan ay magiging masamang pinag -uusapan. At sa pamamagitan ng kasakiman ay ipagbibili ka nila sa pamamagitan ng mga huwad na salita: na ang paghatol ngayon sa mahabang panahon ay hindi nagtatagal, at ang kanilang kapahamakan ay hindi nakatulog. Sapagkat kung hindi inalis ng Diyos ang mga anghel na nagkasala, Ngunit ibagsak sila sa impiyerno, at inihatid ang mga ito sa mga kadena ng kadiliman, upang mailaan sa paghuhusga (2 Pedro 2:1-4)
Jude wrote in verse 4 about the false teachers:
Sapagkat may ilang mga tao na nakapasok nang hindi namamalayan, na noong una ay itinalaga sa paghatol na ito, masasamang tao, ginagawang kahalayan ang biyaya ng ating Diyos, at pagtatatwa sa nag-iisang Panginoong Diyos, at ang ating Panginoong Hesukristo.
What happens today, already happened at the beginning of the last days, and will be happening in every generation. Nasa iyo ito, what you do about it. Stay awake and vigilant and know your God.
Huwag hayaang linlangin ka ng sinuman, but stay faithful to God and love Him and keep walking after the will of God.
'Maging asin ng lupa'
