These days many people argue about the questions of whether a Christian can be gay (homosexual) or not, if God approves of homosexuality or not and whether homosexuality should be accepted in church or not. There are churches that oppose homosexuality and don’t allow homosexuals in the church. There are churches that oppose homosexuality but welcome gay people in the church with the intention that they will repent. And then there are churches that accept homosexuality and welcome gay people in the church and approve of their works and lifestyle and even perform same-sex marriages. Nakikita natin ang pagtaas ng mga simbahan na umaaprubahan sa homosekswalidad at kasal ng parehong kasarian. Tumatanggap sila ng mga bakla, mga tomboy, mga bi-seksuwal, at transgenders bilang mga miyembro ng Simbahan. Pinapayagan nila silang maging mga kalahok sa komunyon at inorden pa sila sa ministeryo. Ngunit, bilang mga ipinanganak na Kristiyano, hindi tayo dapat pangunahan ng sarili nating opinyon, mga damdamin, at emosyon, at sa pamamagitan ng sinasabi ng mundo. Ngunit dapat nating tingnan ang Bibliya at ang kalooban ng Diyos at magpagabay sa sinasabi ng Bibliya tungkol sa homosekswalidad. Dahil ano ang sinasabi ng Bibliya tungkol sa homosekswalidad? Inaaprubahan ba ng Diyos ang mga homosekswal na relasyon? Saan nagmumula ang damdaming homosekswal? Maaari bang ipanganak ang isang tao bilang isang homosekswal? Maaari bang maging homosekswal ang isang ipinanganak na Kristiyano?
Upang masagot ang mga tanong na ito, mahalagang tingnan ang dalawang uri ng mga Kristiyano. Dahil hindi lahat ng tao, na tinatawag ang kanilang sarili na isang Kristiyano ay isang ipinanganak na muli na mananampalataya; Isang Bagong Paglikha, sino ang ipinanganak ng Diyos at isang anak na lalaki o anak na babae ng Diyos. Hindi lahat ng tao, sino ang tumatawag sa kanyang sarili na isang born again Christians ay lumalakad ayon sa Espiritu.
Ang dalawang uri ng mga Kristiyano:
Ang makamundong Kristiyano, na nabubuhay ayon sa laman
Kung ang isang Kristiyano ay makamundo at nabubuhay ayon sa laman, tapos ang laman (kaluluwa at katawan) naghahari sa buhay ng tao. Ang tao ay pinangungunahan ng kanyang / kanyang pandama, mga emosyon, mga damdamin, mga opinyon, mga kaisipan, mga pagnanasa, at mga hangarin. Ang espiritu ay hindi nabuhay na mag-uli o ang espiritu ay nabuhay na mag-uli mula sa mga patay ngunit napapailalim pa rin sa laman.
Lahat ng ginagawa ng tao ay kontrolado ng laman; mga pandama, mga emosyon, mga damdamin, mga pagnanasa, at mga hangarin, sa halip na ang espiritu, na nakikipagtulungan sa Banal na Espiritu. Ang 'self' ay hindi namatay pa.

Ang born again Christian, na namumuhay ayon sa Espiritu
A ipinanganak na Kristiyano ay namatay na sa laman. (S)ibinaon niya ang laman sa ang binyag sa tubig at sa pamamagitan ng bautismo sa Banal na Espiritu, ang espiritu ng tao ay nabuhay na mag uli mula sa mga patay at naging buhay. Ang tao ay naging ipinanganak ng Espiritu ng Diyos at naging anak na ng Diyos. Kaya nga, ang tao ay hindi na susunod sa laman bilang isang makasalanan at anak ng diyablo, kundi ayon sa Espiritu bilang anak ng Diyos at lalakad sa pag ibig.
Ang pag ibig na ito ay hindi isang pag ibig tulad ng mundo ay tumutukoy sa pag ibig. Ang pag ibig na ito ay hindi nangangahulugan ng pagkompromiso at pagpapahintulot at pagtanggap ng lahat. Ngunit ang pag ibig na ito ay isang banal at matuwid na pag ibig ng Diyos.
Ang matuwid na pag ibig na ito ay nagsisimula sa isang dakilang pag-ibig patungo sa Diyos, Si Jesus, at ang Banal na Espiritu. Ito ay isang pag ibig na nais na mapasaya Siya at maglingkod sa Kanya at mamuhay ayon sa Kanyang mga utos, na kumakatawan sa Kanyang kalooban at Kanyang kalikasan at nananahan sa iyong puso.
Kapag ginawa mo ang Kanyang kalooban at lumakad sa mga utos ng Salita, saka ka lalakad sa pag ibig.
Kapag namatay ka kay Jesucristo, mamatay ka sa iyong 'sarili'. Ibig sabihin, inilatag mo ang iyong kalooban, mga pangarap, mga kaisipan, mga emosyon, mga damdamin, mga pagnanasa, mga hangarin, mga opinyon, atbp. Hindi ka na nabubuhay, pero ngayon si Jesucristo, ang Salita, buhay sa loob mo. Ikaw ay naging sisidlan Niya.
Ang pag ibig ng Diyos, Si Jesus, at ang Banal na Espiritu ay dumadaloy sa pamamagitan mo sa mga tao sa paligid mo. Ngunit nagsisimula ang lahat sa pagmamahal kay Jesus, ang Ama, at ang Banal na Espiritu at upang magpasakop at maging masunurin sa Kanya at sa Kanyang kalooban.
Pag ibig para kay Jesus
Kapag pinag uusapan mo ang tungkol sa iyong pagmamahal kay Jesus, pinag uusapan mo ang iyong pagmamahal sa Salita. Kapag mahal mo si Jesus, gagastos ka ng maraming oras sa Salita. Dahil sa pamamagitan lamang ng Salita ay makikilala mo Siya. At sa pamamagitan Niya, ang Salita, makikilala mo ang Ama. Wala na nga ba iba pang paraan.
Si Jesus ang buhay na Salita, Sino ang lumakad sa ibabaw ng lupa. Siya ay ipinako sa krus at muling nabuhay mula sa kamatayan. Siya ay buhay at nakaupo sa kanan ng Diyos!
Sa pamamagitan lamang ng Salita, makikilala mo Siya, at ang Ama, at malalaman mo ang Kanyang kalooban. Ang Salita ay nagbubunyag lahat ng katotohanan. Kapag kayo ay namumuhay ayon sa Espiritu at panibagong isip sa Salita, unti unti mong lilinisin ang lahat ng natitira sa dati mong pag iisip at sa dati mong buhay.
Hubarin ang dating at isuot ang bagong pagkatao
Kapag ikaw ay naging Ipinanganak na Muli, Ikaw ay naging isang bagong nilikha sa Espiritu. Ang espirituwal na pagbabagong ito ay magiging nakikita sa likas na kaharian, ayon kay pagpapaliban sa matanda; ang laman, saan nananahan ang kasalanan kalikasan, at paglagay sa bagong tao, na naging buhay sa espiritu. Lalakad ka ayon sa Espiritu at hindi na sa laman. Dahil malaya mong inialay ang iyong buhay, ang inyong laman ay ipinako kay Jesucristo.
Ang Banal na Espiritu ay nagpapatotoo sa Salita. Samakatuwid kapag lumakad ka ayon sa Espiritu, dapat kang lumakad ayon sa Salita at huwag lumayo sa Salita.
Panibagong isip sa Salita ng Diyos
Kapag ikaw ay naging born again, ang iyong espiritu ay sanggol pa rin at dapat lumaki sa larawan ng iyong Lumikha (Colossians 3:10, Mga Taga Roma 8:29)
Ang tanging paraan upang pakainin ang iyong espiritu at lumaki, ay sa pamamagitan ng Salita ng Diyos. Sa buong mundong ito ay walang ibang aklat na makapagpapakain sa iyong espiritu, kaysa sa Salita ng Diyos.
Kahit na ang mga aklat ng relihiyon ay hindi maaaring pakainin ang iyong espiritu. Maaari silang mag udyok sa iyo, ngunit hindi pakainin ang iyong espiritu. Tanging ang Salita; Si Jesus, mapapakain ang iyong espiritu, upang lumaki ka sa Kanyang larawan.
Kapag kinuha mo ang mga salita ng Diyos at pinanibago ang iyong isip, panibagong pag iisip ang iyong makamundong pag iisip, upang ang iyong (bagong) pag iisip ay linya sa Salita ng Diyos.
Ang iyong isip ang nagtatakda ng iyong mga kilos. Samakatuwid kung panibago ang iyong isip at ang iyong isip ay nakahanay sa Salita ng Diyos, ikaw ay magiging isang tagagawa ng Salita at mamuhay tulad ng Salita.
Si Jesus ay napakalinaw at sinasabi na kung ikaw talaga naman mahalin Siya, iingatan mo Ang Kanyang mga utos (Jn 14:15).
Ang Banal na Espiritu
Ang Banal na Espiritu ay nagpapatotoo kay Jesus, ang Salita. Ang batas, na ibinigay ng Diyos kay Moises at kumakatawan sa kalooban ng Diyos, ay nakasulat na ngayon sa iyong puso sa pamamagitan ng pananahanan ng Banal na Espiritu (Ezekiel 11:19-21). Inihayag ng batas ni Moises ang kalooban ng Diyos at ang Kanyang kalikasan sa makamundong tao. Dahil ang espiritu ng tao ay kamatayan, kaya hindi nila naunawaan ang espirituwal na kaharian.
Ngunit dahil sa dakilang pagmamahal ng Diyos sa Kanyang bayan, Ginawa Niya ang Kanyang kalooban, Ang kanyang kalikasan, at ang espirituwal na kaharian na alam nila, sa pamamagitan ng batas.
Ang bawat tao, sino ang nagiging Ipinanganak na Muli tinatanggap ang Banal na Espiritu at ang kalikasan ng Diyos. Siya ay nabubuhay sa loob mo at ihahayag sa iyo ang Kanyang kalooban. Ngunit hindi lamang iyan ang Kanyang ginagawa. Siya rin ang hahatulan ka ng kasalanan at kasamaan.
Ginawa kang banal at matuwid kay Jesucristo. Naging bagong likha ka na; namatay na ang laman mo, ang iyong espiritu ay naging buhay sa pamamagitan ng kapangyarihan ng Banal na Espiritu. Ngayong ang Banal na Espiritu ay nabubuhay sa loob mo, dapat kang lumakad na banal at matuwid ayon sa Kanyang kalooban.
Hindi ito nangangahulugan na, na kailangan nating balik ka na sa batas ni Moises at sundin ang lahat ng kapistahan at mga batas sa paghahandog. Dahil kay Jesucristo tayo ay nabubuhay sa Bagong Tipan. Ngunit ang kalooban ng Diyos, ano ang gusto at ayaw Niya, ay hindi nagbago. Ang kanyang kalikasan, Ang kanyang pagkatao, at ang Kanyang kalooban ay hindi nagbago at hindi kailanman magbabago. Ni hindi pa rin ang kalooban ni Jesus nagbago na. Dahil ang kalooban ni Jesus ay katumbas ng kalooban ng Kanyang Ama.
Ang Salita ay iisa, kahapon lang, ngayon, at forevermore. Hindi magbabago ang Kanyang Salita. Samakatuwid ang Kanyang Salita ay mapagkakatiwalaan at maaari mong pagtiwalaan ang Salita.
Sa Kanyang Salita, Ipinaaalam ng Diyos ang Kanyang kalooban sa atin. Ang Kanyang Banal na Espiritu ay nagbubunyag sa atin ng Kanyang kalooban, kaya't tayo'y lalakad ayon sa Ang Kanyang mga utos (Ez 11:19-20, 36:26-27).
Ang tanging bagay na nakatayo sa paraan upang ipatupad ang Kanyang kalooban sa iyong buhay, ay ang iyong isip. Kaya naman napakahalaga nito para magbagong isip ka kasama ang Salita ng Diyos.
Kailangan mong gumawa ng isang pagpipilian para sa Salita o sa mundo
Kapag lumakad ka ayon sa Espiritu, lalakad ka sa Kanyang kalooban; pagsunod sa Kanyang kalooban. Ang kalooban ng Diyos ay laging magkakaiba sa kalooban ng sanlibutan. Hindi iyan kakaiba, dahil ang mundo ay pagkakaaway sa Diyos. Kaya nga, kung gusto mo talagang maglingkod kay Jesus, kailangan mo munang gumawa ng isang pagpipilian kung nais mong maglingkod sa Salita o sa mundo.
Para sa lahat ng nasa mundo, ang libog ng laman, at ang libog ng mga mata, at ang yabang ng buhay, ay hindi sa Ama, ngunit ay ng mundo. (1 John 2:16)
Sapagkat ang maging makamundong pag iisip ay kamatayan; ngunit ang maging espirituwal na pag iisip ay buhay at kapayapaan. Dahil ang makamundong isip ay pagkakaaway laban sa Diyos: sapagkat hindi ito napapailalim sa batas ng Diyos, ni hindi nga pwede. Kaya kung gayon ang mga nasa laman ay hindi maaaring magbigay kasiyahan sa Diyos (Mga Taga Roma 8:7-8)
Mahal mo ba talaga si Jesus, at gusto mo ba talaga sundin Siya? Ikaw ba ay sundin ang Kanyang mga utos at gawin ang Kanyang kalooban? O mayroon ka bang mas malaking pagmamahal sa mundo at sa iyong sarili, at gusto mo bang sundin ang mundo at gawin ang nakalulugod sa iyong laman? Ano ang sinasabi ni Jesus tungkol sa buhay ng isang tao?
Ang nagmamahal sa kanyang buhay ay mawawala ito; at ang napopoot sa kanyang buhay sa mundong ito ay panatilihin ito sa buhay na walang hanggan. (John 12:25)
Ito ang sinasabi ni Jesus, Sino ang, ayon sa napakaraming Kristiyano, tinitiis at tinatanggap ang lahat, dahil sa pag ibig. Ginagamit nila ang mga pinakasikat na salita: "Oo nga, ngunit tinanggap ni Jesus ang mga maniningil ng buwis, at mga makasalanan, at kumain kasama nila".
Ngunit ang mga tao, sino ang gumagamit ng argumentong ito, sa kasamaang palad, wag ka nang magbasa pa, bakit kumain si Jesus kasama nila. Nais ng mga maniningil ng buwis at mga makasalanan na magsisi ka na ng kanilang buhay bilang isang makasalanan. Nakilala na nila ang Katotohanan, ang Liwanag, at ang Buhay: Si Jesus na Cristo (Basahin mo rin Si Jesus ba ay Kaibigan ng mga maniningil ng buwis?).
Ang Banal na Espiritu kay Jesus ay nahatulan ang mga makasalanan sa kanilang makasalanang buhay kaya naman nais nilang magsisi.
Nang makilala ni Jesus si Levi, isang publican, at sinabi kay Levi: "Sumunod ka sa Akin". Agad na iniwan ni Levi ang lahat at sumunod kay Jesus.
At ginawa Siya ni Levi ng isang malaking piging sa kanyang sariling bahay: at may malaking samahan ng mga maniningil ng buwis at ng iba pang nakaupo sa tabi nila. Ngunit ang kanilang mga eskriba at mga Fariseo ay nagbulung bulungan laban sa kanyang mga alagad, sabi nga, Bakit kayo kumakain at umiinom kasama ng mga maniningil ng buwis at mga makasalanan? At sumagot si Jesus at sinabi sa kanila, Sila na buo ay hindi nangangailangan ng manggagamot; kundi sila na may sakit. Hindi ako naparito upang tawagin ang matuwid, kundi mga MAKASALANAN SA PAGSISISI (Lucas 5:29-32)
At si Mateo, isa pang publican, nag alay din ng kanyang buhay at sumunod kay Jesus (Mateo 10:3)
Nakikita mo ang, na dinala ni Jesus ang mga maniningil ng buwis at mga makasalanan sa pagsisisi. Hindi pinayagan ni Jesus ang kasalanan, kundi tinawag na makasalanan sa pagsisisi (Mateo 9:13, Markahan 1:14-15; 2:17, Lucas 5:32)
“Huwag nang magkasala”
Nang pagalingin ni Jesus ang lalaking pilay at patawarin ang babae, na nangalunya, Sinabi ni Jesus: "wag ka nang magkasala" (John 5:14, at si Juan 8:11). Hindi sinabi ni Jesus: "Patuloy na lumakad sa iyong mga kasalanan".
Dahil ang ibig sabihin ng kasalanan ay pagsuway sa Diyos at ang pagiging masunurin sa diyablo (Basahin mo rin: Ano ang kasalanan?).
Ang kasalanan ay humihiwalay sa iyo sa Diyos at nagbubuklod sa iyo sa diyablo.
Sa lalong madaling panahon kapag nagkasala ka, pumapasok ka sa teritoryo ng diyablo. Sa paglalakad sa kasalanan, ikaw bigyan ng kapangyarihan ang diyablo.
Kapag ikaw nagsisi na at tinanggap si Cristo bilang iyong Tagapagligtas at Panginoon, Inilipat ka mula sa kaharian ng kadiliman; ang kaharian ng diyablo, sa Kaharian ng Diyos. Ngunit hindi ito nangangahulugan na, na patuloy kang makalakad sa kasalanan tulad ng ginawa mo sa dati mong buhay, noong ikaw ay makasalanan; isang alipin ng iyong laman, at ang kasalanan ay may kapangyarihan sa iyo.
Ang ibang Kaharian ay nangangahulugang isa pang batas, mga patakaran at tuntunin. Kung ayaw mong isumite ang sarili mo sa bagong batas na ito, tapos automatic ka na bumalik sa iyong lumang kaharian, ang dating bayan mo; ang dating buhay mo.
Maaari bang ipanganak na bakla ang isang tao?
Maaari bang ipanganak na bakla ang isang tao? Ganap na! Lahat ng tao, sino ang nagkatawang tao, sa mundong ito, ay ipinanganak bilang isang makasalanan. Walang sinuman ang ibinukod.
Ang bawat tao ay nagtataglay ng masamang kalikasan at pagkatao ng diyablo, na nagrerebelde sa kalooban ng Diyos. Ang bawat tao, sino ang ipinanganak sa mundong ito, kailangang maging born again para maligtas.
Kapag ang isang bata ay lumalaki, (s)nagkakaroon siya ng mga katangian. Ang isang bata ay magkakaroon ng damdamin, mga emosyon, mga pagnanasa, at isang kalooban na lumalabas sa laman (ang kaluluwa), at kaya't lumabas sa kaharian ng kadiliman.
Hangga't ang isang tao ay makamundo at inaakay ng laman, ang mga kapangyarihang demonyo ay magkakaroon ng kontrol sa buhay ng isang tao. Ang damdamin at emosyon sa laman ay naiimpluwensyahan at kinokontrol ng mga kapangyarihang demonyo. Sila ang naghahari sa buhay ng bawat makasalanan.
Sa kaso ng homosekswal na damdamin, may diwa tayo ng pagnanasa at perwisyo. Kapag tiningnan mo ang gay pride, erotika, sex bokep, at perwisyo ang nangingibabaw. At huwag nating kalimutan ang mga gay magazine, ang entertainment business, mga gay bar, mga baklang club, at mga musical, lagi itong naglalaman ng sekswal na nilalaman, at sexual remarks at umiikot sa sex at eroticism.
Ngayon na, hindi mahalaga kung paano at kailan pumasok ang diwang ito. Ito ay ang lahat ng tungkol sa pagtatakda ng tao libreng. Kung….. ang tao ay nais na.
Ano ang sinasabi ng Bibliya tungkol sa homoseksuwalidad at ano ang kalooban ng Diyos hinggil sa mga relasyon?
Tingnan natin ang kalooban ng Diyos hinggil sa relasyon ng dalawang taong magkapareho ang kasarian:
Ang mga anak ni Ham ay nanirahan sa Sodoma at Gomorra
Ang homosekswalidad ay hindi isang bagay ng edad na ito. Sa unang Aklat ng Bibliya; Genesis, Nabasa natin ang tungkol sa maraming sekswal na karumihan, kabilang ang pakikipagtalik sa isang tao ng parehong kasarian.
Ang unang pagkakataon, mababasa natin sa Bibliya ang tungkol sa mga lalaki na nakikipagtalik sa mga lalaki, ay nasa Genesis kabanata 19, sa lungsod ng Sodoma. Ito ang isa sa mga dahilan, bakit Sodoma at Gomorra at ang mga lungsod sa paligid nila, ay nawasak. Isinulat ko ang 'isa sa mga dahilan', dahil hindi lang ang mga karumal dumal na ginawa nila sa harap ng Diyos ang dahilan, bakit nawasak ang Sodoma at Gomorra, pero ito ang tatalakayin mamaya.
Ang mga naninirahan sa Sodoma at Gomorra at ang mga lungsod sa paligid nito ay ipinanganak mula sa binhi ng Ham, ang anak ni Noe, sino ang isinumpa ni Noe, dahil nakita niya ang kahubaran ng kanyang ama, at sinabi sa kanyang mga kapatid, na agad na nagtakip sa kanilang ama, nang hindi nakatingin sa kanyang kahubaran (Genesis 9:21-25).

- Gumamit ng panghuhula, o tagamasid ng mga panahon, o isang enchanter, o isang aswang, o isang charmer, o isang konsultador na may pamilyar na espiritu, o isang wizard, o isang necromancer, atbp.
Malaki ang sigaw ng mga kasalanan ng Sodoma at Gomorra. Napakabigat ng kasalanan nila. Narinig ng Panginoon ang sigaw at lumapit upang tingnan ang sigaw, para makita kung ganoon ba talaga sila kasama.
Ang mga lalaki ay nagkaroon ng sekswal na relasyon sa mga lalaki sa Sodoma
Sa Genesis 19, nabasa natin na ang dalawang lalaki; ang dalawang anghel, na sinugo ng Panginoon, sumama kay Lot sa bahay niya. Bago sila natulog, lahat ng tao sa Sodoma, parehong bata at matanda, pinalibutan ang bahay ni Lot. Naroon ang buong populasyon, wala namang ibinukod. Tumayo silang lahat sa harap ng bahay ni Lot, at tinawag na: "Nasaan ang mga lalaking pumasok sa iyo ngayong gabi? ilabas mo sila sa amin, upang makilala natin sila" (Genesis 19:5)
Lumabas si Lot sa pintuan sa kanila, at isinara ang pinto pagkatapos niya, at sinabi: "Ipinagdarasal ko sa iyo, mga kapatid, wag ka ng ganyan kasama. Masdan mo ngayon, Mayroon akong dalawang anak na babae na hindi pa nakikilala ng tao; hayaan mo na ako, Ipagdasal ko sa iyo, ilabas mo sila sa inyo, at gawin ninyo sa kanila ang mabuti sa inyong paningin: lamang sa mga lalaking ito ay walang gagawin; sapagkat kaya't sila'y naparoon sa lilim ng aking bubong". Pero ayaw makinig ng lalaki kay Lot.
Sabi nga nila, Tumayo sa likod. At muli nilang sinabi, Ang isang kasamahan na ito ay pumasok para mag sojourn, at kakailanganin niyang maging hukom: ngayon mas masahol pa ba ang pakikitungo namin sa iyo, kaysa sa kanila. At sila'y nagpipilit nang masakit sa lalaki, kahit si Lot, at lumapit para basagin ang pinto. Ngunit iniunat ng mga lalaki ang kanilang kamay, at hinila si Lot sa bahay sa kanila, at isinara sa pinto. At kanilang sinaktan ang mga lalaking nasa pintuan ng bahay na may pagkabulag, parehong maliit at malaki: kaya't pagod na pagod sila sa paghahanap ng pinto.
Kinaumagahan, ang lalaki, Lot, ang kanyang asawa, at iniwan ng dalawang anak na babae ang Sodoma. At pinaulanan ng Panginoon ang Sodoma at ang Gomorra ng azufre at apoy, mula sa Panginoon mula sa langit; At ibinagsak niya ang mga lunsod na iyon, at lahat ng kapatagan, at lahat ng naninirahan sa mga bayan, at yaong tumubo sa lupa (Genesis 19:6-25)
Maaari nating tapusin na kapag ang mga tao ay lumalakad sa mga kasalanan at kasamaan, naglalakad din sila sa sekswal na karumihan (kabilang ang mga lalaki na nakikipagtalik sa mga lalaki, at mga babaeng may mga babae (homosekswalidad)).

Hindi lang nila kilala ang kanyang mga anak na babae sa sekswal na paraan. Kaya nga, Hindi lang nila kilala ang kanyang mga anak na babae sa sekswal na paraan.
The man of Sodom and Gomorrah were selfish, greedy men, who lived in the lusts and desires of their flesh, having no restrictions on sexual intercourse, including sexual intercourse with other men.
Gibeah, a second Sodom
Sodom wasn’t the only city, where homosexuality was present and men wanted to have sexual intercourse with men. Many years later the same thing happened in the land of Benjamin, in the city of Gibeah. The man of Gibeah wanted to have sexual intercourse with a certain Levite, who lodged in Gibeah, in the house of an old man. The Levite traveled with his servant and his concubine. In the evening, the men of Gibeah, certain sons of Belial, beset the house round about, and beat at the door. They commanded the old man to bring the Levite, so that they may know him (having sexual intercourse with him). But the old man offered his daughter and the Levite’s concubine.
But the men wouldn’t listen to him. Then the Levite took his concubine and brought her to them, and they abused her sexually all night long. In the morning they let her go, and in the dawning, she fell at the door of the old man’s house and died (Judges 19:11-29).
The people of Benjamin were wicked, because they deviated from God and that’s why they committed these abominations. The result was that almost the whole population of Benjamin was killed, by the other tribes of Israel. The reason why the other tribes of Israel killed the people of Benjamin was because God had commanded His people to remove all wickedness out of their midst.
God knew what the consequences would be if they would accept the wickedness, instead of removing the wickedness. He knew that all of His people would eventually be affected by evil, and that more tribes of Israel would deviate from Him. That’s why they had to remove the evil (wickedness) out of their midst.
The Sodomites
In 1 Kings 14:22-24, we read that Judah did evil in the sight of the Lord and provoked Him to jealousy with the sins they had committed. And that there were also sodomites in the land: and they did according to ALL the abominations of the nations (including homosexuality; men having sexual intercourse with men).
In 1 Kings 15:11-12, we read that King Asa did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, and took away the sodomites out of the land and removed all the idols, which his fathers had made.
In 2 Kings 23:7, we read about King Josiah and how he read the commandments of the Lord in the house of the Lord, before all the people, and how he made a covenant before the Lord, to walk after the Lord, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, His testimonies, with all their heart, and soul. Josiah did what was right in the eyes of the Lord and he broke down among other the houses of the sodomites, who were in the house of the Lord (Youngs Literal Bible Translation).
Nakikita mo ang, back then, there were already sodomites in the house of the Lord. So the argument: “Homosexuality is something of this age, and we should accept it” is a big lie of the devil! It is not something of this age, it has always been there.
In the Bible, we read that as soon as His people turned away from God, and were deviated from God, they lived like the heathen people (the world) lived; in wickedness, worshipping idols, sekswal na karumihan, and therefore sin increased. This is still the case. As soon as people turn away and deviate from God, they will live like the world in sin and iniquity.
The selfie era
We live in an era, where in many lives ‘the self’ is seated upon the throne instead of Jesus. There are only a few people, who really hate sin and die to the flesh (die to ‘self’). Because of this fact, many Christians stay carnal and keep walking after the flesh; after the will of the devil. Many think they please God, but the truth is that they live after the will of the devil and are pleasing him instead.
They live like the world and adjust and change the Word of God, so that the Word fits into their life (lifestyle). Because of the fact that a twisted truth is not the truth anymore, they are not being accused (judged) and confronted with their sin anymore. They live in the lies of the devil, who loves twisting the Word of God. Oo nga, he is a master in twisting the word of God! Take for example the wilderness, where he tempted Jesus with the twisted word.
Ano ang sinasabi ng Bibliya tungkol sa homoseksuwalidad?
Ngayon na, let’s have look at the written laws, in which the Lord reveals His will and His nature, towards the carnal man (who is not born again in the Spirit, and whose spirit is still death, and therefore cannot comprehend the spiritual things of the Kingdom of God).
God reveals His heart to His people
God redeemed His people from the bondage of Pharaoh and brought them out of Egypt and led them into the wilderness. He had separated His people from the world, and now He went together with His people, to the promised land. God made His heart known to His people, because the carnal man, was not able to comprehend the spiritual world, because their spirit was still dead (because of Adam’s sin)
Remember that God is the same, kahapon lang, ngayon, at forevermore. His will and His nature shall never change.
Before the law of Moses, God made already clear (i.e. through the flood in the days of Noah, and through the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah) that He despises self-centredness, worshipping idols and other gods, and the lusts and desires of the flesh (including sexual uncleanness). God didn’t allow and tolerate them.
The gentiles, who didn’t belong to God’s people, performed sexual rituals and lived in sexual uncleanness. But the Lord of Lords didn’t want His people to become affected by these abominations. He wanted a holy people, who would restrain themselves from these abominations, and separate themselves in holiness. He wanted a holy people, who would love Him, and who would walk according to His commandments and not according to the commandments of the world (the heathens, their gods)
What does the Bible say about homosexuality in the Old Testament?
In Leviticus 18, we read about the sexual moral laws. God spoke to Moses and commanded him to tell His people, that He would be their God, and that they would live after His commandments and His will, and not after the Egyptians, nor the inhabitants of Canaan (heathens, the world).
They came out of Egypt, and now His people had to be transformed (renewed) in their mind, before they would enter the promised land. They had to be prepared, so that they wouldn’t walk like the heathens, but that they would walk in the will of the Lord as His holy people.
In Canaan lived the seed of Ham
They went to Canaan, where the seed of Ham lived, and where Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed. Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed, but the people in Canaan were still wicked. Dahil kung hindi man, the Lord would not give them the sexual moral laws.
The Lord commanded His people several times, to keep His commandments, and to stay obedient to Him, so that they would live. We read in Leviticus 18:6-23 about the sin practices of the heathens, whereof He didn’t want His people to adopt those practices.
In vers 22 we read about sexual intercourse between two people of the same-sex:
Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination
There it is written: the heathens, who lived in the land of Canaan also had same-sex intercourse. But the Lord didn’t want His people, who was a holy people, to be defiled with these unclean practices.
Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you: And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants. Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you: (For all these abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled;) That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.
For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people. Therefore shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein:I am the Lord your God (Leviticus 18:24-30)
And in Leviticus chapter 20:
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them (Leviticus 20:13)
In Deuternomy 23:17 it is written that:
There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel
God’s people
Ang bawat tao, sino ba ang born again, belongs to God’s people. They belong to Him, because He has become their Father through Jesus Christ. They are born of His Spirit. He doesn’t want His son or daughter to live like the world. He has sanctified us, and made us holy and righteous, by the blood of Jesus. We are born of His Spirit, His seed lives inside of us, therefore He wants us to grow up, and walk and live as His son, just like His Son Jesus.
He wants us to live as sons of His Kingdom, and not live as the world; sons of the Kingdom of darkness (the devil’s sons). He wants us to live after His will, so that we will please Him.
Therefore He wants us to remove everything out of our lives, that rebels against Him and goes against His will.
Sin is disobedience to God. Therefore being a homosexual is also a sin.
Ang Diyos ay napakalinaw sa Kanyang Salita, God couldn’t be any clearer. When God says that homosexuality is an abomination to Him, it means that homosexuality is an abomination to Him.
God shall never accept homosexuality and God shall never make homosexuality all right, no matter what people say.
Jesus won’t accept homosexuality either, and would never make it all right. Because God’s will is the will of Jesus. God will never change His will to the lusts and desires of man.
Jesus died for mankind. He has taken all sins and iniquities of the world, upon Himself. Kaya nga, everyone who believes in Him, and makes Jesus Saviour and Lord of their lives, would be freed from the bondage of sin and the Kingdom of darkness. Jesus instructs us, to become like Him, and don’t sin anymore.
When we become born again, we should be ruled and controlled by the Spirit, instead of the flesh and sin. We are nakaupo kay Jesucristo, we should rule over kasalanan ba, instead of sin ruling over us. We shouldn’t walk in sin and iniquity, but we should walk after the Spirit in righteousness and holiness.
What does the Bible say about homosexuality in the New Testament?
In the first chapter of the Book of Roman, we read about men having sexual relationships with men, and women having sexual relationships with women. So in that era, homosexuality was also among the people. Paul gave the following reason, why they did these things. He said that:
Because when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four footed beasts, and creeping things.
Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections:for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient (Mga Taga Roma 1:21-28)
The unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God (1 Mga Taga Corinto 6:9-11)
A born-again Christian has laid down the flesh and the works of the flesh and doesn’t do them anymore. Because a born-again Christian has repented of his or her sinful nature, buried the flesh in the water baptism.
They have been made holy and righteous in the spirit. They’ve received God’s nature and therefore they shall now walk in holiness and righteousness (Basahin mo rin: Do you always remain a sinner?)
Alam na alam ito, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for mans layers For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine (1 Tito 1:9-10)
This is what the Word says. If you really want to sundin si Jesus, and are prepared to lay down your own life, then that means that you should accept the sound doctrine of the Bible aka the Word; Jesucristo, as the truth. Even when the truth of the Word of God goes against the opinions, findings, and sayings of the world.
Ang Biblia, ang Salita ng Diyos, should be the highest authority in the life of a born-again Christian, and not the opinions, findings, and sayings of people.
A new creation
Every person is born in sin, as isang makasalanan. There is no one excluded. As long as you stay unregenerate, you’ll stay a sinner and shall walk after the flesh in sin and iniquity.
Only when you become born again, You shall become a new creation in Jesus Christ: born of water and Spirit. Only then, when you are born again, you shall walk after the Spirit and shall be able to please God. When you are born again, you still have the ability to walk after the flesh. Therefore you are the one, who makes the choice to walk after the spirit or after the flesh. Basahin mo rin: ‘The eighth day, the day of a new creation’
If you truly repent of your sin and become born again, you shall no longer live in sin. But you shall walk after God’s will. God’s character shall become visible in your life. You love your Father, and don’t want to do anything that hurts Him and that causes you to become separated from Him. Therefore you shall walk in obedience to the Father.
In the very last days of the end times, before Jesus returns, the world shall be like in the days of Noah. Like Sodom and Gomorrah. We live in an age where so many abominations take place. The world is all about money, power, and sex.
Look around you and you will see the sexual uncleanness in this world, and it only gets worse. Everything is accepted, and the churches and congregations, go along with the world.
Many churches, and congregations, allow and accept homosexuality, instead of teaching, and instructing them in the sound doctrine of the Word of God. They don’t confront them with their sinful practices and help them to set them free and disciple them.
Hindi, instead they allow homosexuality and by allowing homosexuality, they allow sin, and by allowing sin, they send them directly to hell (Basahin mo rin: ‘Deceived by my feelings’)
Their so-called love is in reality a false love, that eventually kills them (Basahin mo rin 'The false love'). Because by accepting sins and iniquities, many people will be sent to hell, while they think that they lead a godly life and please God. Many pastors and leaders of the church, who want to be liked and be friends with the world, are the cause of the destruction of many souls.
The call to repentance
Maliit na bata, wag kayong dayain ng sinuman: ang gumagawa ng katuwiran ay matuwid, kahit na Siya ay matuwid. Ang gumagawa ng kasalanan ay sa diyablo; sapagkat ang diyablo ay nagkakasala mula pa sa simula. Para sa layuning ito ang Anak ng Diyos ay ipinakita, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Ang sinumang ipinanganak ng Diyos ay hindi nagkakasala; for his seed remaineth in him: at hindi siya maaaring magkasala, dahil siya ay ipinanganak ng Diyos (1 John 3:7-10)
Let us magsisi ka na of sin, and put away all uncleanness out of our midst. Let us live according to His will and His commandments.
Let’s please Him, and show Him that we really love Him, by walking in His will. Let us lay down our will and our opinions, and become completely His.
If you are wrestling against homosexual feelings, then there is a way out! His Name is Jesus Christ and He can set you free!
When you repent, become born again, and renew your mind with the Word of God, your life shall be transformed; you shall not be controlled by your flesh (mga damdamin, mga emosyon, mga pagnanasa, mga hangarin, atbp.) but you shall be controlled by the Spirit.
Homosexuality is based upon feelings, which are deceitful and controlled by the spirits of darkness. Jesus Christ is the only One, Who can set you free from these unnatural feelings of lust. Only in the Name of Jesus, this spirit of lust and perversion will leave your life.
The stage is being set for the anti-Christ
The devil hates God and he wants to destroy every statute and covenant of God like marriage, family, ang simbahan, the relationship between God and man, atbp., but he also hates women. If it was up to him he would erase every woman from the face of the earth. Why? Because the seed of the woman reminds him of his defeat. The seed of the woman has bruised his head.
The devil enjoys when men having sexual relationships with men, and females having sexual relationships with females, because that way the devil tries to get back at God and defiles the marriage covenant. And not only that, but the devil wants to separate men from women. He wants the world to get used to homosexuality, so that the stage will be set for the anti-Christ.
The devil shall ensure, that not only the world, but also churches and congregations and therefore many Christians, accept homosexuality, and consider it normal. Even when the Word says something else.
This anti-Christ shall be, just like sinners, against Christ, and shall have the character of the devil, and shall hate women. So maybe the anti-Christ will be a homosexual, and therefore the world must be made ready to accept a homosexual person as a leader.
And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all (Daniel 11:36-37)
Should we reject gay people and homosexuality in church?
You shouldn’t close the door for gays and lesbians if they want to repent of their life(style) and become born again in Christ, because every sinner, who wants to repent is welcome. But you can’t accept homosexuality in the body of Jesus Christ.
You should love your neighbour as yourself, but you must not love the sins of your neighbour and accept sin. When a gay or lesbian hates his or her deeds, way of life, and sinful nature, and comes to church for help with the intention to repent to Jesus, then let him or her in and set the person free in the Name of Jesus, but otherwise….
After the person repents and becomes born again, the person needs to be discipled, so that the person grows up in the Word of God and renews the mind, and gets to know the will of God, and shall become like the Word, like Jesus.
You shall see, that first of all (s)he will feel some kind of liberation, secondly when (s)he renews his/her mind with the Word of God, his/her thinking and feelings shall change and (s)he shall be controlled by the Holy Spirit, instead of being controlled by (the lust of) ang laman, and the darkness.
What does the world say about homosexuality?
What does the world say about homosexuality? The world says the opposite of what the Word, Si Jesus, says. That’s why the world says, that everyone should accept homosexuality and don’t discriminate or judge.
They think that everyone, including Christians, should accept gays and lesbians and accept homosexuality. They want you to accept homosexuality and that there is nothing wrong with having sexual intercourse with someone of the same sex.
Conclusion
Many people try to prove, on basis of the Word, that God accepts and approves of homosexuality. But they shall never succeed in proving that God will approve of homosexuality. Because the Word can’t turn against Himself. Ang Diyos, Si Jesus, and the Holy Spirit shall never accept homosexuality and make it alright.
Jesus loves you, He loves every person, every sinner, who wants to repent. But He doesn’t love their sins (including homosexuality, which according to the Word is a sin), and therefore He wants every person to repent of their sinful walk as a sinner and become Isang Bagong Paglikha. Jesus doesn’t want any person to be lost forever.
But everyone has a free will, and makes their own choice either for life or death. The only way to eternal life is through Jesus, and to become a new creation; born of water and the Spirit.
If a person keeps walking in his/her old sinful nature, doesn’t repent, and doesn’t put on the new man, than this person is not saved but lost, and is on his/her way to eternal death.
This also applies to homosexuality. When homosexuals keep walking in their sinful nature. God won’t accept any excuse! Not even the excuse that a homosexual is born that way and therefore it’s ok. Every person is born as a sinner with a sinful nature. And every person has a free choice in life to repent to God, and to put of the old man; the sinner, that walks after the flesh or to keep walking after the flesh (as a sinner).
Every feeling, na sumasalungat sa Salita ng Diyos, is not out of God.
Ang Diyos ay napakalinaw sa Kanyang Salita, and if the Holy Spirit really lives in a born again Christian, na namumuhay ayon sa Espiritu, then his/her opinion, thinking and findings will be in line with the (opinion of) ang Salita ng Diyos, sino ba ang nagsasabi:
Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination (Leviticus 18: 22).
The Word shall judge every person. Therefore listen to the Word, obey the Word, and repent while you still can.
