Ποια είναι η έννοια των Παροιμιών 7? Στις Παροιμίες 7 we read about a young man, who was seduced by a married woman, who had the attire of a harlot and was subtle of heart, and committed fornication. The young man is compared to an ox, who went for the slaughter, because that’s what sin does. The Bible warns, but it’s up to the people to listen and obey the words of God. Just like this young man, who was void of understanding, υπάρχουν πολλοί χριστιανοί, who are void of understanding and through their ignorance they are tempted and go the same way, not knowing that their decision can mean the end.
The unwise young man was seduced by the fair speech and flattering lips of the woman with the attire of a harlot
For at the window of my house I looked through my casement, And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding, Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house, In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night: Και, βλέπω, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart. (She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house: Now is she without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)
So she caught him, and kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him, I have peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows.
Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee. I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved works, with fine linen of Egypt. I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
Ελα, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves. For the goodman is not at home, he is gone a long journey: He hath taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day appointed.
With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks; Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hastes to the snare, and knows not that it is for his life (Παροιμίες 7:6-23)
The unwise Christians, who don’t keep the words and commandments of the Father and Jesus
This young man, who didn’t have understanding belonged to the simple ones and didn’t keep the commandments and law of his parents. Just like so many unwise Christians; Χριστιανοί, που στερούνται κατανόησης και δεν ζουν σύμφωνα με τον Λόγο. Δεν ακούν τον Ιησού και τηρούν τις διδασκαλίες του Πατέρα. Δεν εκτελούν τις εντολές του Πατέρα και του Ιησού, αλλά ακολουθήστε το δικό τους δρόμο (Διαβάστε επίσης: Υπακοή στον Θεό)..
Α Επειδή δεν οδηγούνται από τον Λόγο και δεν περπατούν σύμφωνα με το Πνεύμα αλλά οδηγούνται από τις αισθήσεις τους, αισθήματα και συναισθήματα και βαδίζεις μετά τη σάρκα, είναι εύκολος στόχος για τον διάβολο.
Μόλις ο διάβολος προσπαθήσει να τους βάλει σε πειρασμό να αμαρτήσουν, μέσα από μάταιες σκέψεις, μέσω ευσεβών και απατηλών λόγων του ανθρώπου ή μέσω (ελκυστικός) παρασύροντας τους ανθρώπους, δεν είναι σε θέση να αντισταθούν και πέφτουν στον πειρασμό.
Αντί να καταστρέφετε τα ψέματα του διαβόλου με τον Λόγο του Θεού και να αντισταθείτε στον πειρασμό, πιστεύουν τα ψέματά του και υποχωρούν (προσωρινός) απολαύσεις της σάρκας και πτώση, όπως ακριβώς ο άσοφος νέος, που δελεάστηκε από παντρεμένη γυναίκα και μοιχεύει.
Η γυναίκα ήταν παντρεμένη, αλλά το ακάθαρτο πνεύμα της λαγνείας που κατοικούσε μέσα της, έβαλε σε πειρασμό τον ασύνετο νέο και τον έπεισε να διαπράξει μοιχεία. Με τη μοιχεία ικανοποιήθηκαν οι πόθοι της (για λίγο).
Πόσες φορές οι Χριστιανοί μπαίνουν στον πειρασμό και γίνονται αποστάτες ή πέφτουν, εξαιτίας των ψεμάτων και των πειρασμών που έρχονται στο δρόμο τους. Θα μπορούσαν να είχαν αποτρέψει αυτό να συμβεί, αν θα πίστευαν μόνο στα λόγια του Θεού και θα τηρούσαν τις εντολές Του.
Ο μόνος τρόπος να αντισταθείς στον πειρασμό είναι να αποκτήσεις κατανόηση, μέσω του Λόγου του Θεού, και περπατάτε μετά το Πνεύμα. Μόνο όταν παραμένετε υπάκουοι στον Ιησού και περπατάτε σύμφωνα με το Πνεύμα, δεν θα ενδώσεις στους πειρασμούς της σάρκας, αλλά θα το κάνεις κυριαρχούν πάνω τους.
Περπατήστε στο Πνεύμα, και δεν θα εκπληρώσετε τον πόθο της σάρκας (Gal 5:16)
