The path of righteousness
En retfærdig mands mund er en livsbrønd (Ordsprog 10:11)
De retfærdige er dem, som tror på Jesus Kristus, Guds søn, and have repented and have been made righteous in Christ and walk on the path of righteousness.
They walk not according to their (Kødelige) visdom, viden, fund, meninger, tanker, ønsker, lyster, og vilje. But the righteous trust in the Lord and are yielded to Him and walk according to what the Word of God says. Derfor, they walk in the will of God. The Word is their daily bread, whereby they feed their spirit, so their spirit will mature and become strong.
The righteous renew their mind with the Word, whereby they get to know the truth and the will of the Father and discern good and evil. (Læs også: Hvorfor det er nødvendigt at forny dit sind?)
They shall fear the Lord God (be in awe of the Lord God) and the Word and the Holy Spirit shall reign in their life. They shall walk after the Spirit in the light.
En retfærdig mands mund er en livsbrønd
Because they renew their mind with the words of God and the words of God are planted in their heart and reign in their life, the mouth of the righteous shall be a well of life.
When they open their mouths, they shall speak words of Spirit and life like Jesus. They shall speak the words of God, som er sandheden. På grund af det, they shall speak life and peace over situations, omstændigheder, mennesker, etc.
The mouth of a righteous man will be a well of life to the people around them and to those, who are wandering, tabt, and are seeking the truth. Til dem, the mouth of the righteous will be a well of living water and their words will be living water that still their souls. The path of unrighteousness
De onde er dem, who don’t want to have anything to do with God and live without God, and rebel against God and His Word. They refuse to submit to God and His Word, whereby they walk on the path of unrighteousness (the broad way of this world (Læs også: Gå ikke ind på de ugudeliges vej).
The wicked are prideful and walk from their (Kødelige) mind after their own (Kødelige) visdom, viden, fund, meninger, ønsker, lyster, og vilje.
By walking after their own words and will, they reject the words and the will of God.
They are carnal and feed their flesh with the wisdom, viden, and things of the world and fulfill the lusts, ønsker, and will of their flesh (Læs også: Vil Gud ændre sin vilje for kødets lyster og ønsker?).
The world is corrupt and because they feed themselves with the knowledge, visdom, og ting i denne verden, their mind will be corrupt.
The wicked shall not have good thoughts, but selfish evil thoughts that are out for their gain.
The mouth of the wicked is covered by violence
But violence covers the mouth of the wicked (Ordsprog 10:11)
The wicked shall not speak words of life and peace. But the wicked shall speak carnal words of mischief and death
The words of the wicked may seem pious and wise to the world. And their wisdom and knowledge are considered the truth. But to God, the words of the wicked are foolish words that won’t bring forth peace (med Gud) and life and won’t lead to eternal life, but contain violence and lead to destruction and death.
