Are you consumed by your daily circumstances or overwhelmed by negative thoughts or problems? Do you experience stress, worry, anxiety, fear, etc.? Do you experience chaos instead of peace and are you looking for a way out, but you don’t know how to create order from chaos? Well, let me tell you that God has not created you to be consumed by problems and daily circumstances and be controlled by the multitude of your thoughts and be anxious, depressed, and fearful. God created you to be united with Him and have a relationship with Him so that you’ll experience His peace and order in your life instead of chaos and turmoil. In this blog post you will be taught how to create order from chaos in your life according to the Bible.
How God turned chaos into order
In the first Book of the Bible we read how God turned chaos into order. In Genesis 1:2, we read that the earth was without form and void and that darkness was upon the face of the deep. Apparently this was caused by the arch angel Lucifer (the devil) and the angels that followed him (demons), that were cast out of heaven upon the earth by God.
The Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. Then God (El Elohim (Jehovah God, the Word, and the Holy Spirit) said, Let there be light: and there was light.
God spoke the Word and called the things which were not as though they were, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, all things came into existence. (a.o. Romans 4:17; Colossians 1:16-17; Hebrews 11:3)
God created order and harmony. The light came and the darkness disappeared.
In six days, God created the heavens and the earth and all there is within. It was all good, yes very good.
The whole creation was perfectly created until man (who was also perfectly created) became disobedient to his Creator, his Father, and sinned.
Adam listened and believed the words of the serpent (the devil) above the words of his Father. Because of that, Adam’s dominion and all his possessions were taken from him.
When Adam sinned, his life became one big chaos
Adam sinned and through the lust of the flesh (eating the fruit from the forbidden tree) Adam’s spirit died. Man exchanged his eternal life for death. By doing what God forbade Adam to do, Adam’s life became one big chaos:
- his peace and relationship with God was taken from him
- his spirit died
- his dominion was taken from him
- his housing was taken from him
- his supplies were taken from him
- his eternal life was taken from him
- his son was taken from him
Adam’s life became one big chaos through his disobedience to God. He should have listened to God, because He spoke the truth. However, the words of the devil seemed so wonderful and promising in the eyes of man and seemed to be true, but his half truths were lies.
The mission of the devil is to steal, kill and destroy, and that became visible in Adam’s life.
The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy
John 10:10
Adam believed the words of the serpent and brought mischief upon himself and his seed
Adam doubted the liability of God’s words. Because of that Adam got himself in trouble and brought mischief upon himself and his seed (the whole human race)
The dominion that God had given to Adam, was taken from him. Adam turned it over to the devil. Therefore Adam and his offspring would live in bondage to the devil, sin, death, and hell.
The seed of Adam would carry this blood guilt and was corrupted and would produce sinners.
Fortunately, God had already a new plan to create order in this chaos, by sending His Son Jesus Christ to the earth.
God sent His Son Jesus to the earth to create order in man’s life
God sent His Son Jesus to the earth to restore (heal) man from his fallen position. Jesus came to preach and bring the Kingdom of God to the people that were born of the seed of Israel (Jacob). Jesus yielded to His Father and stayed obedient to Him by walking in His will and keeping His commandments. He destroyed the works of the devil and reconciled man back to God.
When Jesus was crucified, Jesus took the blood guilt of fallen humanity (all the sins and iniquities) upon Himself. So that everyone that would believe in Jesus Christ would be reconciled to God and have a relationship with Him again.
Jesus took the keys (the authority) from the devil, death, and hell, and gave them back to the new man, that is born of water and Spirit.
The old man (the sinner) was corrupted (evil) by the devil. However the new man that is born again in Christ is made righteous and holy. The new man has God’s nature inside of him.
The devil turns the truth into a lie
The devil always changes the words of God and turns the truth of God into a lie. He did this in the garden of Eden, he did this in the wilderness when he tempted Jesus, and the devil still does it today.
The devil has not changed. Therefore the devil’s tactics are still the same and have not changed.
The devil still changes the words of God, so that Christians that don’t have any knowledge of the Bible (the Word) and don’t discern the spirits, are tempted, seduced, and trap into his lies.
The words of the devil seem so godly, but they are not. The devil covers the truth with darkness.
Many Christians are seduced by the lies of the devil.
They believe his lies above the truth of the Word of God, just like Adam. They are trapped in the devil’s web and the devil causes chaos in their lives.
When the devil finds a way in someone’s life, he shall create chaos and torment the person and eventually destroy the person’s life. Because that’s the mission of the devil: to steal, kill and destroy.
Therefore Christians should read and study the Bible and know who they are in Christ and prevent the devil from entering their lives with his lies and fight back by believing and speaking the Word of God.
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever
Romans 1:25
Jesus creates order in chaos
Everywhere Jesus went He created order in the chaos of people’s lives. Jesus preached the truth of God and destroyed the lies of the devil, He cast out devils, and healed the sick. Jesus called the people to repentance and to sin no more, because sin means submission to the devil.
How can you be delivered from your mess? The only way to be delivered and create order in chaos is through the Word of God; Jesus.

Maybe the devil turned your life upside down and your life is one big chaos. The devil made you believe that there is no way out anymore, but that’s a lie.
Don’t you believe the lies of the devil and don’t let the devil keep you in bondage any longer.
Come to Jesus (the Word), because Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Jesus alone can create order in chaos and give you life and peace.
You can go to a psychologist, psychiatrist, etc. but they can’t help you. Because the root of the problem is not in the visible realm but in the spiritual realm. Only Jesus can help you.
Jesus is the only One that can help you and give a life and peace. When you have the peace of God inside of you, you can handle every situation and endure the storms in life.
Jesus gives life and peace
Jesus is the only One, Who can give you life and peace. Only the Word is able to pull down and destroy the lies, the wrong mindset, and the destructive thoughts that the devil has put into your mind, and create order from chaos. But you have to take the word of God in your mouth to pull those strongholds down.
Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light
Matthew 11:28-30
How do you create order from chaos in your life?
You create order from chaos in your life and have peace by following these steps:
1. Believe in Jesus Christ and turn to Him
Believe in Jesus Christ the Son of God and Savior of mankind and accept Jesus’ blood sacrifice.
2. Repent, and be born again
Repent of your sin and make Jesus the Lord of your life. Be baptized in water and receive the baptism with the Holy Spirit and become the new creation.
3. Renew your mind with the Word of God
Renew your mind with the Word of God, so that you get to know the will of God and find out the truth. By renewing your mind, your old way of thinking (the way the world thinks which is full of the devil’s lies) will be replaced by your new of thinking, the way God thinks.
You shall find out the truth and fill your mind with the truth of God and have the mind of Christ.
4. Apply the words of God in your life and become a doer of the Word
When you renew your mind with the Word of God and apply the truth of God in your life, you shall walk after the Spirit according to the Word and be a doer of the Word.
You shall no longer walk the way you walked before your repentance. But you shall put off the old man and put on the new man and walk as the new creation that is created after the image of God.
You shall walk after the Spirit in holiness and righteousness. You shall stay in His peace and be able to handle every situation in your life.
5. Speak the Word and call those things, which are not as though they were
You can only speak the Word if you know the Word. When you know the Word and obey the words and commandments of Jesus, it is important to speak the Word. If you speak the words of God, then the Holy Spirit will empower your words.
If you are a new creation, you have the Holy Spirit living inside of you. Therefore, you have His power.
Just look around you, and see all the things that came into existence by the Word and the power of the Holy Spirit. That same power lives inside of you. Therefore as long as your words are in agreement with the will of God, you can call those things which are not as though they were.
You are able to create order in the midst of chaos (just like God, Jesus, and the apostles, who were the new creation).
Speak the Word; speak the life into situations, that seem dead. Take the Word of God in your mouth and speak to those thoughts and take them captive in Jesus Christ.
6. Keep standing on the Word and stay obedient to Him
Maybe this is the most difficult step for many Christians. Because what do you do, when you don’t see immediate results? What do you do when things don’t go the way you wanted them to go? Do you stay obedient to God, and do you keep standing on the Word? Or will you turn to the world and look for other solutions and methods?
If you really believe in God’s Word and that God is telling the truth, then you will keep standing on His Word, and not turn away.
As long as you stay obedient to God and His Word and keep His commandments and live in His will, you shall experience peace, happiness, joy, gladness, etc.
But you must be careful! Because as soon as you turn away from the Word, become disobedient, and start walking after your own opinions and findings, or the opinions and findings of people (the opinions and findings of the world), then the chaos and turmoil will return in your life.
The result of the one you follow becomes visible in your life
If you become disobedient to Christ and don’t keep His commandments, then by your actions you tell Him that He is a Liar. Through your disobedience, you will trade the truth of God for the lies of the devil (just like Adam did).
Remember, you will follow the one, who you believe is telling the truth. Therefore, in this case, you will follow the devil. But if you follow the devil, he shall take away your peace, happiness, and joy and shall create chaos in your life.
God has given a free will to every man. God forces no one to come to Him and follow Him. You may come to Him, but it’s up to you if you really want to.
