A wise man hears and increases learning
Biblija kaže, that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge and wisdom. Stoga, a wise man fears the Lord God and loves the Lord iznad svega. A wise man hears and listens to the words of God and increases learning.

A man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels. So that he will understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise and their dark sayings.
Only when a person hears and increases learning and gets understanding, a person becomes a wise and understanding man.
The walk of a wise and understanding man
A wise man shall always obey the words of God, Držite svoje zapovijedi, i uđi Njegovi putevi. His ear shall always be attentive to the instructions of the Lord. Because He knows, that there is true wisdom in His words and instructions.

How to become a wise and understanding man?
You become a wise and understanding then you must do the following things:
- Believe and become rođen ponovo u Kristu
- Submit yourself to Him; Riječ
- Be receptive and open to God’s instructions.
- Listen to His words
- Apply His words to your life and do what He has told you to do
- Be not prideful and do not oppose God and His Word, by holding on to your thoughts, Mišljenja, načine, worldly views, itd.
- Don’t change His words and instructions, so that they will fit into your lifestyle. But change your lifestyle to His Word instead.
- Run the race and keep the faith
